You see those qualities in Murphy? He had to contend with lustig who is woeful. Plus wheres the Rightback? I had very high hopes and he has been no where near good enough and he is a fan fulfilling a lifeling ambition. Candieas is a poor journeyman and has been way better. Goals, Assists, Passion, Work rate. 13 assists so far, some cracking goals all in first season for a club he has zero affiliation for. Better than Dorrans, Haliday, Murphy, Docherty. Imo

Sorry easily one of our best players.... Drive, work ethic,strength, all in his first season in Scotland, also most assists in the league with a strike force that cant score. Imagine someone finished off all tjose balls he puts in the box be 20+ assists this year easy.

Cummings just doesnt press and annoy their defence enough. With morelos doing that and hopefully being unselfish and actually pass it could work well. Cummings likes to work outside the box too so easy replacement for Windass. Big issue for me is Tav/Candieas I would prefer to go 3_5_2 but means leaving one out. We just need someome to come in and hit the ground running. The fans dont want 5 year plans,we want instant sucess. Stop 8 in a row rhen build for the future. We need someone who can get everyone going in the same direction and who can handle the board and the media. Get rid of the dead wood. Herrera, Penà, Miller, Hardie, Cardoso, Alves, Holt, MOH, Haliday, Hodson, Rossiter. We Basically have 10-14 players that bloat the squad and are shite Get a top quality manager..... I dont like chopping and changing and like to give managers a bit of time. However I dont see enough from Murty tactically, just like Warburton too ridged and doesnt look at the oppositions weakness. Where other teams see ours and punish it. I would take one really good Cb and keep Bates, Mccrorie, Wilson next to them. Centre Mid I think we are okay has to be a 3 though. Wingers I am okay with too. Candeias has been a great signing and sure we will get Murphy. Striker I would keep Cummings and Morelos and work on the laters finishing all day everyday. Torn on a formation and who plays. Given that we have decent fullbacks and Wingers we need to play 2 up front for the crosses. Or Wingers need to come inside and try and score a lot lot more

Was the difference today. their strikers scored with the only chances they were given. Ours didnt. Off the ball worked hard and caused problems. In front of goals really really poor. We have all said that a few times this year. He could be on 20-25 in the league no bother.

Nightmare..... The Young lad has been superb this season.Really hope he is back before the end of the seson. Really miss his presence and tackling in the middle. Best Scottish players not at Rangers no order: Burke, Ritchie, Cairney, Mcarthur, griffiths,tierney,forrest,Phillips, Robertson, Bridcutt,Snodgrass. Not sure they would be par with the Scottish players we had back then.

The boy needs played through the middle not shoehorned into the left side. When he plays though the middle he can make late runs. Decent pace, passing and decisions still pretty poor Clearly needs a mentor and someone to guide him on how to be Rangers class

Played really well, Gives his all and is very young for the position he is in. Growing into it all the time and need everyone building his confidence. Boy is in there on merit. Handled on fire Salmon fairly well.

Its a huge compliment to the lad that we are desperate for his industry and presence in front of the defence. Still after so many seasons an Issue with CDM and Cbs.

Biggest priblem for me is no one shooting from outside the box consistently enough. No one cares if Candieas (exluding fortunate goal) Windass, Holt, Murphy, Morelos, Take shots from outside the box. See teams all through the league taking shots early. Pitches are poor, Keepers are poor. Get Shooting Teams sit in and defend for their lives, we cross and cross to no one all game. We dont have anyone that is dangerous enough at heading to trouble them. Soon as a team wants to step out and play we are usually successful. Hense why away for is better. No sure a big lump in the middle of the pitch is the answer. Just someone to work hard and win the ball back.

I rate him really highly. Very quick, works hard, strong. Not like the usual powderpuff wingers who just want to attack. Genuinly think he is the reason Tav is playing much better. Imagine we had a striker who could head, would love playing with this guy.

100% no. Find it funny how others cant see certain players strengths and weaknesses. Wallace. Good engine, Tries, good attacking threat, strong runner. Technically ok. ...... Poor Heading, positioning questionable, poor holding off bigger front men, all left foot.

He is growing into a good no nonsesne decender. People need to realise the boy os only now getting a run of games. However he has had 3-4 different defensive partners. All will probably different ideas of how to talk him through games. We as fans need to give the big lad confidence. Instead of wincing when he gets his foot on the ball. The midfield should be available for a short pass from him at all times. Same with fullbacks. I have been one of his biggest critics but he is proving me wrong game by game. Be good if he stops handling in the box right enough.
