I agree with pretty much all of this, your right we do have better players in key positions this year, but it's the managers job to get the best out of his players and I don't think anyone could disagree that he is failing miserably, million dollar question, who can and is willing to step up and meet the challenge, it's a real headfucker trying to get an answer after today.
