  1. Definitely not a general comment or just a turn of phrase.  The choice of the phrase 'sly looks' suggests that while he undoubtedly wants people to be disappointed in not starting, one or two are perhaps are perhaps going overboard with their attitude/maybe a tad embittered and forgetting themselves in what is a squad game.  He definitely isn't going to be fucked with.

Something else, by the way: compare his aura, stature, steeliness and class with Lennon.   In truth, there is no comparison - he's off the scale.  Even I'd run through a fucking brick wall for him!

  2. Without doubt, it’s fucking magnificent to see those bastards put out of the CL and then watch the ensuing meltdown.

BUT, I hate seeing public proclamations of what we’re going to do (like Ojo’s recent ‘we’re the best team’ statement, when he’s been here all of 5mins).

I think their result will serve as a warning to us to keep the foot on the throat of the Danes.

However, if we were to get pumped out of  Europe altogether by Legia or the Greek mob, who’s laughing then?

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

It's been pretty solid for a while in fairness mate.  I got an RTV subscription this time last year with living down south/being abroad a lot and I've never had any issues with it.  Well worth it.

same message here - Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your purchase

I had to log out and log back in again (and the shut the player down). Also, if you have another device, try logging in fresh on that (you can have up to 6 devices).

Just bought this and applied the code.  It says to activate the pass, simply click on a Sky Sports channel.  But when I do, it comes up saying 'Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your purchase.'

Anyone else had this problem?  Seems like Now TV support is minging and don't reply to any messages on the Help questions relating to this issue.

Got it working now - cracking stuff.  Multiple channels on multiple devices at the same time.  Cheers Al!

  7. Well,  this thread deteriorated fast...! Fair play.

In all seriousness though, it’s definitely noticeable that there are far more Rangers tips being worn out and about. Up from Newcastle for a few days and was in Stirling a couple of days ago - saw loads of gers tops being worn compared to just one mhank top.  Was like the 90s again and lovely to see.

  8. I’m in Spain at the minute and watched a rerun of a Barca game at the gym yesterday.  It struck me that they/we do exactly the same in terms of possession from our CBs to Fullbacks, to DM, and back.

It’s a case of keeping hold of the ball, making their forwards chase it/tire themselves out and waiting for the right opportunity to take advantage. And given how many chances we’re creating, I’m not worried at all.

If you read the notes to the accounts you will see that this was 100%  normal turnover from the sale of products,   Nothing to do with Puma.

In fairness mate, it doesn't actually say that in the notes at all.  In fact, in any of the RR or TRFC Ltd year end accounts from the time, Puma isn't mentioned at all.  It all looks pretty shrouded in mystery, other than what the numbers suggest.

the accounts are the friend of yourself and others, who wish something to be true that has no basis in fact.

"I know you got your arse ripped apart on here yesterday" some chaps have vivid imaginations, I like to leave them to it...and now you in your quest to get one over on MA, I don't wonder why.

Where to even start...  I can now see why you got a tanking yesterday.  You're not very bright, are you?

  11. Just now, backup said:

You don't have an argument, RR was not involved in the Puma deal, the accounts are clear.

Mate, what are you talking about?  I know you got your arse ripped apart on here yesterday and it appears you're talking yet more pish today.

No offence, but have you even read the accounts or understand how to read year end company accounts?  They're all there on Companies House, in black and white.  There's no mention whatsoever of the Puma deal in The Rangers Football Club Ltd accounts.  Nor do the numbers stack up of any real spike to the sponsorship income at the time which could be attributed to a new kit deal.

So if you're convinced the accounts are so clear that the money went to TRFC Ltd and that RR wasn't involved, when actually the numbers and evidence suggest the complete opposite, I and others would love to see it.

    The accounts are factual.

So where does it say it in the accounts?   Let's see it.  Given the Puma deal was struck at the height of Ashley's involvement (2013), I can't imagine for a second that the money from the deal wasn't put into the limited company which housed the retail arm and which was directly controlled by Sports Direct (though which, SD stood to make the most profit).   And given there is an increase of around £3.6m in turnover in the RR Ltd accounts during that exact period (which is quite an increase on the previous year), your argument doesn't tally.
