Don’t take much from stats. How often Kent set up chances that were missed. How often was he doubled up on which created space for others. Still hope we sign Kent permanent.

Thing that’s impressed me more is man management of players. Seems to keep the team very happy and upbeat even when players aren’t playing. Makes me think he’s got everyone striving to go forward. He has also appeared to improve players that were there’s with him leaps and bounds. Morelos, Tavernier, Jack and even Halliday.

What amateur teams did you play for?

Fuck sake. Sorry to hear that as well. Everybody here’s had bad injuries. Brutal. I’ve been lucky with the amount of football I’ve played, 28 n never broken anything etc. Just had ankle ligament damage and that’s it. Touch wood!

I play Saturday and Sunday at the minute. Think may as well do as much as I can while I still have the opportunity!

He plays on the edge. He’s always gonna be the kinda player to give away 3,4,5 fouls in a game. That’s acceptable the way he plays. Off the ball stuff is the stuff that truly needed to stop. Just the way he battles with defenders, they are always the fouls that referees give against the striker. Love Big Buff. For me he’s still very raw but has a tremendous amount of potential to be world class. He basically has the stuff you can’t work on and can work on the stuff he doesn’t have.

He wants to play every game. He wants to score every game and he wants to win every game. Literally should be the same as anyone. I’d hate to be on the bench.

Would trust any combination of the 4 in any game we play this season. Great dilemma to have. Katic and Edmundson could be here for 10 years!

He performs better than Barisic and Flanagan at left back. If he had a different name than Halliday or we just signed a player this summer that was performing at the same level people would be saying we don't need a new LB and we have our starter here.

Based on what? Reputation? Halliday is the best left back at the club based on performances.
