I'm a Rangers fan from Serbia! Cheers friends

Just wondering, sorry if you've answered before..

What's your knowledge of Rangers like? Do you know our first team players, cos I sure as hell don't know many Belgrade players?!

I know every player in the squad, substitutes also. :) I'm really into Rangers, not as good as you, fans from Scotland, but I'm trying to do my best. :)

If you mean former player, I like-Ally McCoist of course :), Nacho Novo, Brian Laudrup, Peter Lovenkrands, Barry Ferguson...:)

Some Serbian nice texts about Rangers: :)

Old Firm derby is well-known here. People love to enjoy really good football when mighty Rangers are playing but there are not too much broadcasts because of the TV rights(EPL is completely broadcasted)...

Rangers games are often on Sportklub or Sportklub+.

And a friendly word of advice from me: don't get involved in a PFC v CZ argument on here otherwise the thread will get chopped. There's plenty of other forums for that. For here, we should concentrate on Rangers :):uk:

Of course mate, this is only RFC forum. :)

Couple of questions for RFC fans, if someone could answer: :)

1. Do you have season tickets(for all SPL matches)?

2. Do you go to away games and are they tiring(travelling)?

3. What Rangers fans think about fans of Hearts and Hibernian?

4. Does RFC have feeder club in Scotland or other part of the world?

1. Unfortunately not for me because of work and study.

2. Not particularly, Scotland is a small country. Furthest trips from Glasgow would be Inverness and Aberdeen. 6 hour round trip at a push?

3. Will differ from person to person but personally I dislike them both, Hibs slightly more than Hearts.

4. No.

@FakeGenius

Thanks for answering mate. Scotland is small, but proud and loyal to UK, beautiful country. :uk:

Many are mate, some aren't.

Again, personally speaking, nationalism aint my bag. ;)

Thanks mate, appreciate that. :) Scotland is UK. No surrender. :uk:

Scotland is Scotland, England is England, Wales is Wales ..... I'm sure you get the picture.

We are part of a union and although I'm sure you mean well, I'm not entirely sure what point you're trying to make with this 'Scotland is UK' stuff.

Totally ridiculous to compare Scottish independence with the independence of Kosovo. I'm sorry, but I don't recall English people slaughtering and raping Scottish, Welsh and Irish people in order to deny them independence in my recent memory... whereas Serbs....

I meant Scotland is Scotland and it is part of UK. I didn't mean nothing bad. :)

Another question for Rangers fans: is Walter Smith the best manager in Rangers history?

Depends on your perspective, within the modern game then definitely he is probably the best manager, but Bill Struth is arguably the best manager in our history.

I was over a few years ago for the bears/red star game.

I didnt like their fans although the atmosphere was brilliant. about 30 mins before kick off, the rangers end was still pretty empty,a brick just missed me!! Thrown from about 100metres!!! Bastards. I lost the plot and jumped up on the fence shouting "partizan, partizan, partizan" so from then on, Fuck Crvena Zvezda.

By the way, the cops just thought i was mental and left me to do what i wanted. fun times

Thanks mate. :)

Rangers fans loyality to club is really wonderful. I red one book about bittish football and it was mentioned that Glasgow Rangers have army of very loyal fans not only in Scotland, but in Northern Ireland too.

Is it correct to say that protestant people from NI keep their identity through support to Rangers?
