I think it's about what's inside the player more than anything else. I remember reading in a program not long after Richard Gough signed from Spurs that he gave as his biggest attribute his determination to succeed ... and that comment has stayed with me. There was someone who arrived from South Africa with only the clothes he was standing in but he was going to let nothing stop him becoming a footballer.

true, but with support from fans confidence grows .. its clear adam and fleck have vast ability or they wouldnt be signed by rangers in the first place, if you have confidence and ability your more than likely goin to be sucessful !

Fleck has ability mate. No-one can deny that, but the more I seen him the more I think it was just potential when he was younger and he's all of a sudden stopped developing now he's in the first team - which might not entirely be his fault. There could be other factors.
