steve2368 1 Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 Seen it reported in the Express http://www.dailyexpress.co.uk/posts/view/223630/Cardiff-want-Conway-in-200-000-swoop/ Conway was/is close to joining Cardiff City for £200,000 plus add ons.This is the same Conway that was being linked to us (and of course Strachan's Middlesbrough) in the summer for the sum of £1 million. He is suppose to be in the final six months of his deal, hence the cut price Cardiff bid, what about signing him up on a pre-contract to replace Weiss? Very average winger.Would prefer to see wylde Wouldnt say very average, he will never be a world beater but a useful/low cost squad player who could do a job.The right flank will be short next season with Foster and Weiss returning to parent clubs and Naismith moving to the forward line.
