And So It Begins...

The beginning of a new era, a new chapter in our clubs famous history - Mr. Whyte at the helm, a hero, legend, true Ranger in the manager's suit and tie. It's still hard to believe that Ally McCoist is the clubs 13th manager, but it will finally sink in tomorrow as we unfurl the league flag at fortress Ibrox.

Our fantastic stadium will be gleaming, packed, absolutely jumping, Ally McCoist the proudest man on the planet, the champions flag flying high. Our experienced, youthful and successful squad will be raring to go - a squad full of winners with two new additions; Juan Manuel Ortiz and Lee Wallace. Two players who will never have experienced anything like what it is to be at a club like The Rangers - For there's not a team like the Glasgow Rangers, no not one and there never shall be one...

They all know what is required, what our club is all about and that is why a number of them have committed their long-term futures to the club. Wallace and Ortiz signing up only strengthens a championship winning squad and when Ally McCoist get's the other players in that he wants, we will have one of the strongest squads in a long time. For once there is a plan in place, it will take time, but we are heading in the right direction both on and of the park - Rangers men from top to bottom.

Our fantastic and loyal support will once again be there - through thick and thin we will Follow Follow.

The nobodies are having their say, already knocking us before a ball has even been kicked. That will only make us even stronger and we will see that throughout the coming season. When we get going, there is no stopping us. Let's get out there from the first to last whistle and bury this Hearts mob - giving Ally McCoist the start he deserves.

So here is to another successful year, we are READY for the challenges ahead, there will be times when we struggle, but we will keep on fighting and never surrender.

Come on The Rangers, we start now - In Super Ally we Trust and Believe!

For the first time in a good while, i'm going to Ibrox for the first timem really excited. I think its just a mixture of a new owner, a new manager, a new Ibrox almost by some of the pictures, just a new era. Going into the season knowing we dont need to sell players, knowing we have signed up the best players in our squad apart from Bougherra, knowing if we find the right 4 or 5 players in this window, we will only grow stronger and we will put that scum to the sword.

Like Muff said, i dont think there will be a man on this planet who is more proud, than one Mr. Alistair McCoist when that flag is rasied and we kick off and begin the quest for 4 in a row.

Here we go...

Let's enjoy the celebrations, think back to last season and what a sensational job the players and staff did, that was for Walter Smith and I'm sure the great man won't be too far away.

Then its back to business, focussing on the task ahead and doing what The Rangers do best - winning football matches, trophies and titles!

I wish Ally McCoist and everyone associated with the club all the best. A new beginning is just about to kick-off, let the battle commence. We won't back down, we've got the battle fever on.

Its great to be back, Saturday, 23rd July 2011 - the start of something special. Let's fucking do it, We Are The People, The Champions, The Rangers, that is the way it always has been, and always will be!
