MosesMcNeil 1,664
A risky tripThere it is in black and white from the club. With both The Rangers and Malmo banned from selling tickets to The Rangers supporters - any breach will trigger the currently suspended sanctions. Gazzas_Flute 11
I know a good few lads making the trip! Nothing will happen, it's just a reminder.
JM1872 3,776
Hate how some fans are totally underestimating the ban.
FlippinEck 3,748
One fan is all it takes. Rangers supporters are banned and if caught it will punish everyone... is it really worth it? People could have saved the money and put it towards making the next euro trip they can go to twice as good.
Jordo 33
Some people have a business trip in Malmo on Wednesday, how can that be stopped ?
MosesMcNeil 1,664
I know a good few lads making the trip! Nothing will happen, it's just a reminder. It is in a fact a timely reminder not to go. Has everyone forgotten the sanctions hanging over the club? Or don't they care? Orangeclement 581
Well i'll put it on record in this thread , if any 'fans' are planning to go and get caught , i hope you'll be chuffed with the consequences if there are any

MosesMcNeil 1,664
i hazard that most don't care what COULD happen to the club due to their actionsMost worrying of all - we are banned from this trip because of a campaign by FARE. I think it's obvious that many motivated eyes will be on events in Malmo.
Ferdasyn 431
I hope these people are happy to accept the blame if (and it's a big if) something goes wrong on Wednesday.

DarcheVinny 1,003
The announcement is the club legally doing all they can to prevent supporters travelling. So that in case some are found to have travelled, Whyte's legal men can ensure there is no further action as the club did all they could do. I'm not concerned. nvager 498
If they cause trouble and further sanctions they could be sued and banned by RFC.
Dennis 1,011
Its 1 game, no matter what happens on Wednesday the fans will have another trip to look forward too. Put Rangers first please.
SirWalterSmithLegend 206
Surely Malmo should be the ones punished if Rangers fans are found within the stadium, they will be the ones selling tickets. If fans choose to make their own arrangements to get there, there is hardly anything Rangers can do about it surely. I am with the club on this, i dont understand why anyone would want to mess it up for us.

mclovin9091 1,405
Surely fans can travel there, just not enter the stadium. Always get told/advised "do not travel unless you have tickets" Errrr ok then what about the 200K+ fans who had business affairs in Manchester a couple of years ago?All rangers can do is advise and not sell any tickets then that'll mean our hands are clean, if fans are found in the stadium Malmo are at fault not us. So that in case some are found to have travelled, Whyte's legal men can ensure there is no further action as the club did all they could do. I'm not concerned. The club have argued they are doing all they reasonably can before. One result is a ban on supporters in Malmo and suspended sanctions. You are more confident than I am - although if all had accepted the risks in making this trip were too high, we would have nothing to be concerned about whatsoever. 50ShadesofBlue 667
All they need to do is say they support another team and don't wear any Rangers colours!
