Cheer up poem

Recommended Posts

In our hour of darkness, when hope has left your heart,

remember of the good old days and how our team did start.

The boys' they had no money, no kit, no pitch, no ball,

instead they had the passion, now shared by one and all.

Worry not of money, or tax or Celtic shite,

listen to your chairman, have faith in Mr Whyte.

The Mhedia portray us in shades of filthy black,

don't listen to their drivvle, hold high the Union Jack.

We may not spend much millions, and players we may sell,

they wont be the first or last, so listen please don't dwell.

We need not massive signings to win the league again,

our players share the passion, with which The Celts' are slain.

We'll battle through these troubles, and stronger will emerge,

when we're home and dry again, beware the Rangers scourge,

we'll rip the Tims' to pieces, as we have in days gone by,

and when we win the league again you'll hear our famous cry.

So have no fear my brethren, show strength in times of need,

your football club it needs you, together we'll succeed.

In our hour of darkness, united we will stand,

for the famous Glasgow Rangers, the best team in the land.
