WellingboroughBlue 0
I cant get my head around that, he has plenty pace but thats about his lot, Jelavic is more than able to hold his own in the EPL but i doubt if Wylde can.worth the gamble if you sign him for nothing
adam2102 582
I'm sorry but if you need a coach to teach you how to cross a fucking ball, then you shouldn't be in the fucking game in the first place.it wasnt so long ago people, including one of our players at the time, were saying that there is no skills coaching happening at the club - simply practice games.im not disagreeing with you, just explaining the reality of it. the sliver fox 1,672
Regardless of where he ends up, I hope he does well. He was man enough to make way before some much lesser paid back room staff were made redundant, so just for that I hope he has a successful career where ever he ends up playing. Right_To_Censor 1,951
Not good enough for the premiership.you know this how?I'm sorry but if you need a coach to teach you how to cross a fucking ball, then you shouldn't be in the fucking game in the first place.and just how many players have managed to cross a ball since the eck era? Alnic3856 358
Wherever the lad ends up I wish him all the best in whatever the future holds for him, he's only a boy at the end of they day and can't have been helped by all the furore at Ibrox, and the pressure to win every game, think he may prove himself in the championship some day maybe higher if he can learn how to cross who knows. lau03143 87
He is a james milner type, probably with some coaching will be good for a lower level epl teamLast time I checked, Man City were quite near the top? No?
coldo89 2
He is a james milner type, probably with some coaching will be good for a lower level epl team They're totally different types of players. I think people forget he's only 20. Still cant' see him making it unless he properly works on his dribbling and his passing. Especially dribbling. Turnberry18 3,204
I rate him; he just needs to use his pace and his use of the ball better. He has the talent.
Gazzalivesforever 2,001
His pace is frightening but his use of the ball is poor but that's to be expected of wingers at 20. By fuck I'm 26 and still can't cross a ball.

By fuck I'm 26 and still can't cross a ball.I really think we played him wrongly. He took the ball on the half-way line, and then runs with the ball, where he was compelled to take on three players. If he played abroad he would be using his pace to get the ball and then do something with: he would be used to break a defence.Strangely enough though, in one of his last matches at Ibrox Stevie seemed to be playing him quite well by laying the ball on for him to run into. I think he has the talent to be a very good player.
CanadianBacon 2,088
For his recent selfless act alone I wish the young man well in his future career.Personally I don't think he could hack it in the EPL, but hey....what do I know?
EastEnclosureBear 2,970
Good luck to him, but I don't think he'd get a chance at either clubs tbh. I hope he does. He'd be better off starting in the Championship, at least then he'd get a run in a side.
deleteduser1 169
I wish him the best of luck down south but I think he is a Championship player at best at the moment although given a few more seasons he might just be good enough to hold down a place in a bottom eight Premiership team. Craigie79 67
I think Wylde might well surprise everyone and go on to have a pretty decent career at a level above the SPL.If Chris Burke can then so can Wylde
pandabear 15
I think Wylde is a good player and probably going to get better in England with better coaching, good career ahead of him. Would have liked to seen him stay
gunslinger 270
cracking player. no surprise to me.
MasterD 7,446
His best 2 games came against the tims and PSV, 2 games where the opposition don't sit back with everyone behind the ball, with a bit of coaching he could probably have a decent career with a lower EPL club. His crossing wasn't great but nor was it as bad as people make out, he was inconsistent along with 99% of other wingers in football. I've not seen any threads or many posts about Aluko being inconsistent despite him being poor more often than not the last month or so.
NorthUistBear 86
Will show us what we are missing. he is a top player and in epl he will show that. apparently charlie adam was not good enough

With space in behind and using his pace, then he was so effective in those games mentioned and some others. If we are talking in terms of tricks / footballing skill or technique, though, he is essentially a left back with pace. No surprise he grew up playing this position. If he can add even one or two tricks, he'll immediately be a much, much better player.I wish him well. gazza27 15,333
all the best to him, will flourish without the pressure he had at us from the majority of the fans who were on his back
