What's strange about it? We're in the papers and on the news everyday and all it's about is administration.

Is it because idon't jump on the green bandwagon and think all the talk about renaming things is just him avoiding the questions that need to be asked like who are his backers. It's only a year ago we had whyte so forgive me for being pessimistic.

Your pessimistic because your a taig. Your name suggests it and your previous posts confirm it. Your obsession is fucking pathetic. A strange breed are the taigs, want us dead but love to post on our forums.

I am not on the Green bandwagon either. It was more the shafting creditors bit i didn't like. Then the "before talking about being a good brand" pish. The desperation for good press was also a sure sign in my mind. A cast iron tarrier need, wanting to be loved by all and sundry.

There is being pessimistic and there is being shite undercover. (tu)

I'vegot a business thats been fcuked twice by a big customer and it nearly cost me everything so thats why i think it's all bollocks. I couldnt give a fcuk about ticketus or hmrc but it's going to have a bad effect on some of the small businesses and it's not fcuking right.

Going to try and resist constantly checking for news and just let it come as it comes.

I know with a CVA that it could go anyway but you would think HMRC given they have been in contact with Green, would have given him a figure acceptable to them? Im thinking ticketus will fuck it anguish.gif

C'est la vie.

What are your views on Celtic sweeping child abuse under the carpet?

If Ticketus have a strong case against Whyte personally I don't see why they would.

There's several points for and against HMRC agreeing to a CVA, one thing for sure is that they won't like it, but they do not stand to gain an awful lot from liquidation either.

The renaming of the stadium is not purely an emotional issue. It is called Ibrox Stadium, and should stay that way. Renaming the stadium isn't just putting a corporate name on the stadium, it is giving it a new identity, and that cheapens Rangers if we go down that route.

I disagree.

Changing the name to a corporate arena will not stop it being Ibrox.

Ibrox isn't a name. It's the feeling of walking up and seeing those blue gates. It's the accordion player playing No Pope of Rome down from the Megastore. It's shite pies. It's shiter burgers. It's hurling abuse at our heroes before our enemies. It's the elation of celebrating a goal, where the 40,000 around you become family for 90 minutes.

Changing the name would be sad, it really would - but to suggest it would change what Ibrox IS? That's just misunderstanding the concept. Ibrox is far, far more than a name and a postcode.
