El Carpintero 546
Got until September to build a team to win div 3 and half a season in div 2. Not so bad tbhStill reeks of corruption but bring it on wankersThis. Not happy about accepting it but if the club thinks its right and Ally is ok with it, so am i. 5 or 6 weeks to build our team to take us through the leagues. How soon can we sign players? And what about this oldco's debt being transferred over? Scaremongering?
Chef 436
Can we get freebies and loans after 31 august next season then???????
MisterC 12,445
Not ideal but not the worst that could have happened. Time to get on with it and get in the players who will do a job for us.
TheBluebells 6,898
Disgusting that we even had to accept this!!I thought it was ruled illegal?
ger50champ 300
Have we caved in on the Sfa punishing us in future .ie stripping of trophies .If we have the game is up because the punishments will keep coming
GLASGOWRFC 101
That gives us approx 40 days to sign players, but it must be said....we have been railroaded and forced to accept illegal sanctions to play football a decision which is corruption at its highest! We should accept the sanction to get the registration finalised and then go Back to court to appeal it once the registration is wrapped up. Teamgers 1,214
I'm sure Ally was ready for this, and i'm also sure he has guys lined up to sign, i think we will be ok and im looking forward to the next month or so to see who we can get in. Glasgow_Gaz 23
Still shite, but lets get back to football! Exactly, choking for Stirling game at Ibrox. Surely we must have a few boys already lined up? Likely be Kenny Deuchar
StrongbowLoyal. 36
Regan you really are a horrible fuckpig Thankfully we can get back to the Football side of things. No one likes us.. We don't care!!
legalbeagle 3,734
Have we caved in on the Sfa punishing us in future .ie stripping of trophies .If we have the game is up because the punishments will keep comingThere can't be a deal that says that there would be no future stripping of trophies. Either we accept that we are liable, and we can defend the club, or we say that it lies with the oldco, and it would all be defenceless. stevotrueblue 382
That is fine in regards to the transfer sanction. We wont need much to get through the first couple of Divs anyway,, was more the principle. All I want to know is what about future sanctions/appeal rights and out titles,,, thats the bit that has me concerned more than signing players who will be willing to play in Div3.Hope to god we don't surrender that. bluenose_72 198
I hope we focus our anger towards the SFA rather than Green. It seems like we were forced to accept this illegal punishment or we wouldn't get our membership.

Glasgow_Gaz 23
Disgusting that we even had to accept this!!I thought it was ruled illegal? We all did mate.See to be honest, I would take it. Getting too close to Brechin game and I was beginning to shite it thinking we would have NO football at all. This is better than nothing. The bears are ready to rise. deanzo1690 8
the ban will have no relevance, the transfer window doesnt close in the football leagues so september next year we will be in a position to sign players because there wont be a transfer window
brian1872 43
I was under the impression the stripping of titles was only if we were found guilty of dual contracts? As a few people have stated, wasn't this sanction deemed illegal in a court of law? Or was it just illegal to sanction the old company that was in administration at the time? Which if this is the case, it's even more of a joke that they think it legal to give us that sanction as a 'newco' when we haven't even got 3 months of records.Fuck the oldco, fuck the newco. Up The Rangers Football Club!
tango 341
Have we given up our right to legally appeal any punishments we find unjust ?
Fiogh 178
So what happens if whytes takeover is ruled illegal? We have an illegal transfer embargo as punishment for being victims of corporate fraud?
Jonok 1,245
Wait until September then complain to the courts that the SFA are in contempt of court and think they are above the law of the land

maxdoblo 26
31 August 2013 is a Saturday and when that date falls on a weekend the transfer deadline is pushed to whatever the Monday is. Does that mean we can sign players on 1st and 2nd of September 2013?
