tannerall 25,935 Posted November 4, 2012 Share Posted November 4, 2012 Its bad enough when some idiot does this spontaneously, in which case my opinion is an automatic life time ban (and a short period in jail) is correct.When however it is pre-meditated (which may be the case here) the implications are much more serious, and on top of the basic committted crime, the crime of incitement should be included as standard (take your pick, there are a quite a few variations, and our current first minister has introduced a few more in recent years), and therefore a much longer jail term should be implemented. He was close to where I was sitting not close enough for me to grab the little runt. There wasn't a steward in sight and when one saw him going on he just stared at him. They were too busy looking at the too blondes in the Alloa section to notice him so he could easily have sneaked across from their section he wasn't wearing any colours. Wtf do we pay them for???In the case of the stewards they are paid just to be there, believe it is a legal requirement something like 1 steward for each 100 people. Once did a security course and question was "What would you do if you were a steward and someone stole something and ran off with it" Someone with a bit of initiative said they would try and stop him or chase after him.Tutor basically said why would you want to do that when you are being paid between 7 and 8 quid an hour and you could end up hurt, and advised to leave it to CCTV and any proper security and police.As for the police, probably more interested in "sectarian chanting" and making movies these days.And the girl who flashed her tits should be given a compulsory attendance order for all home games this season, on condition she repeats the offence.
