It will still be the same teams and the same idiots in charge if the SPL get their way, just with a different name.If they really want to change things the SFL is the best option. At least thy're trying to make it more exciting with play offs etc.And David Longmuir seems to be the only guy that does thing the right way. What a crazy proposal being put foward by the SPL.The SFL plans contain the most vital point in any reconstruction, a pyramid system whereby the worse team goes out. If they're good enough, or show enough ambition, I'm sure they can get back in, but the present set-up just leads to stagantion.I also like the bigger of number of promotion/relagations withing the leagues, which changes things about a bit more and the play-offs should add some end of season excitement for the wee teams.Maybe not as much as Rangers being down there with them, but there will be more chances of bigger crowds for teams that do well. Does all teama start with 0pts after the split? Ie: go on a run at the end of a season when u were 25pts behind first place and win the league?
