LOl, I was joking mate, there is no chance in hell a Pirlo/Shiels swap would ever happen, I don't even think they would swap him for every player who plays in Scotland.

But couldn't agree more with Debear on him saying the coaching staff should be going over.

Just givin a fair ribbin mate. The coaches may need the trip more than the players.

We arent run by idiots, anymore at least.

We definitely have not signed an agreement to give Juve our best youngsters for feck all, just so we can say we are in an agreement with Juve.

Id wait until the full detail emerge but id guess very little will ever come of this either way.

lads, this was posted on a rangers facebook page, I havent been able to verify authenticity, but thought id share...

Juventus Youth Sector Chairman Andrea Agnelli talking on the club's TV channel:

"Rangers are the old lady of not just Scottish, but British football. We are honoured to be working with the club in the aim to improve the young players of both clubs who will hopefully become the next generation of gifted European football players. We will do whatever we can to give our players valuable competitive experience, and at the same time they will lead Rangers back to the main leagues and competitions, where they belong."

Interesting article on Juves new approach to transfers..it appears Juve want to invest in youth, which if the gers link up is true, can only be benefitial for us, as they have some amazing young players currently on loan in serie A/B...
