can you imagine the uproar if our nando kids were subjected to this

Sunderland's fitness revolution under manager Paolo Di Canio involves 9am to 6pm days for the players, including a double fitness session in the mornings, lunch, a rest and a football-based session at 4pm.

We've significantly improved our fitness under the new coach, Jim Henry (I think).

See how they go throughout the season before lauding the techniques of di canio.

I wouldn't laud that bawbag ever. I just thought it was an interesting insight into how another club is training. Not just a couple of hours a day but full time

We've been doing double sessions and long days for preseason but you can't keep that up throughout the season you will shatter the players.
