Questioning fees & wages paid for certain players who are identified , image rights payments and questions over rumours that medel was available for £6m and Cardiff paid nearly twice that.The final decision on things such as wages, fees etc won't have been with Mackay and Moody though surely. Of course those upstairs aren't blameless but we've seen in other cases before how a couple of football people working closely together can maybe have more influence/power than they should and the deals that can lead to.
