Essandoh 21,220
Without going into too much of a sob story, some people might remember from an article I wrote on here a while back that my grandfather suffers from Alzheimer's disease.Recently he was having a bad day and, trying to cheer him up, we started speaking to him about the football. I ask him every now and then if he can remember going to the Scotland and Rangers games during his youthful years, and every now and then something will actually click. Anyway, that night he responded that "Yes" he did remember going to watch his team. What he said after that broke my heart, but tonight it filled it with pride. He told me that yes, he did remember watching Rangers, but "now life is small".Never forget that life is small without the Rangers and enjoy every second. Because before you know it, those memories might be gone. Tonight's championship win is something to be proud of. Every game at Ibrox is something to be proud of. Supporting this wonderful football club is something to be proud of. Never forget that!

Thewhitesettler 2,711
My mother is suffering from Dementia, I remember when coming home from matches walking in the door to her giving a chorus of "Super Ally, Super Ally" it breaks my heart, to see her now as she doesn't know who anyone is anymore, & is a shadow of her former self... Copland bear 7,966
He sounds like a great man with a horrible illness, but he said what we all believe and think. Just shows the power of a club like Rangers? Women let you down you bin them, the gers let you down you go back for more and more, it's like a drug.
