The pacific shelf stuff is as cringy as other fans calling us Sevco. The whole thing is embarrassing and possibly the worst, most-boring, least insulting football patter i've ever heard. They may as well have printed;

"A statement from Celtic fans; We've been hurting for decades that your significantly more successful than us with 54 titles, and we had hoped that given your insolvency event the record books would not reflect a continuation, as our success only ever comes by the backdoor. This advert is our transparent admission to such".

And by calling them Pacific Shelf or whatever we're actually entertaining their weird, obsessed notion of all this Newco crap.

A club is a separate entity from a company, and that is fact, from both the footballing bodies and even a judge, with plenty of precedence. Over half the professional clubs in England's football league up to premiership are operating under different companies from the original founding ones. They'd get get reffered to a doctor if they went to ITaly and told folk that the current Napoli is a different one that Maradonna played for. A doctor is what i think they need.

I don't think they quite get the irony of producing a detailed description of our liquidation to show how much they aren't obsessed with us......

Also by describing everything in such fine detail it highlights how boring and unimportant it is. The general public couldn't give a fuck about this. Literally no one cares except bitter paranoid sellik fans.

It's a negative on them, and neutral/possibly a slight positive for us.

It really highlights how utterly obsessed and jealous they are of rangers.
