Good responses from Barrie, and the realisation that has come about, from him being loaned out, that he has seen his future lies at The Rangers if he applies himself.

Not a bad first presser, a wee bit nervous, but like all things new, once you do it a few times it gets easier.

Liked his reference to the manager having confidence in him, and this is vital to a player, more so a young player, to have that backing.

W&W have made such a difference, it oozes out all who come into contact with them.

Great times ahead for us all.

:uk:

Barrie's doing well with his 'pitch geography'.

Would love to watch our training now and listen into the team talks.

All sounds very scientific and technical.. remember MW talking about 'level 5' training session and things like that very impressive!

He's probably taking the piss and just tells them to go out there and put the ball in the fucking net as many times as possible!

Na you can tell there's much more to it, McKay's a completely different player, Law is too although he still gets stick and Wallace is getting back to his old self as well.

I believe that putting boys like Barrie etc in front of the media is as much part of Watburtons development plan as a training drill.

Get the boy out there representing himself and his club.

Let him field questions and see that he has a view that they actively want.

It all feeds the boys sense of worth which can only make him better.

A slip of a boy taking a press conference and actually making some superb points.

Well played Barrie and our utterly superb manager who's people skills are really shining through
