I have said a few times that we (many - not a solitary few) need to keep the pressure on them at the least, every game, until such time as things start to change or progress is evident.  The thing is, it did start to show signs of improvement after the window and then spectacularly nose dived.

The only starting point for me is a new manager, with a decent track record and some money to start to attempt to sort out this cluster fuck.
