It's really poor if we can't find people to cover the main areas of this country , Shouldn't cost a fortune to cover the petrol costs of a dozen or so guys who can keep us up to date on prospects in youth football . We haven't had a scout or signed any player from Aberdeen area for some time. We only began scouting in Dundee in the last year or so. The demands of pro youth (being at training or games 3/4 times a week) means too much of a commitment for any youngster and their family from that far away.
