The Tyneside true blues meet in Gateshead, follow them on FB and they’ll usually post details. Good bunch. The East Durham Loyal are based near Sunderland and arguably have a better atmosphere, there’s been 100+ in for OF games before with a DJ etc. But can’t imagine either will have massive number for a friendly game. Every local I’ve met with my Rangers top on in the North East is usually spot on, they appreciate Scottish football more than most southerners. Great bunch of people will make you welcome. What’s it like now it’s at the Bowling Club? I’ve been before when it was at the Blue Bell, Black Bull and another pub.
