Youllneverwinaway 0
what is ferguson's realistic sale value though? I think you would get £4 million for the Captain of Rangers and Scotland, irrespective of current form.
mrmytto 220
what is ferguson's realistic sale value though? 30p Be serious. I'd say £3 million - £4.5 million.

Emerson 2
31 next month. Worst form of his life. Creaking at the seams. £2M tops I would say. I would certainly be pissed off were we to pay £4.5M for him at the minute!

TMWWBK 0
£2.5M to £3M would be acceptable for me. People will say that Ferguson won't go, but remember, Alan Hutton wasnt exactly keen on leaving for Spurs either. If an acceptable offer is tabled for Ferguson, then the situation should not be treated any differently from the aforementioned. The player should be given a nudge. Sadly, i see Newcastle bidding for both Ferguson and Bougherra, with Rangers only accepting one of the offers. I think we all know who's side Smith would take in that one. Contrary to the rumours that he flopped down south, Ferguson's stock is probably higher down there than it is up here.
MayboleLoyal_atb 3,772
Although he has played poor for us recently. I would be quite sad to see him leave.

chris_glasgow 2
Ferguson was playing well down south and was linked with going from blackburn to newcastle before he came back up here...am sure a fresh challenge would be good for him
Ibroxblue 122
Nobody should be in any doubt that a fully fit Barry Ferguson is a very good player.
Danny 9
You know what would be curious - we let Boumsong go, Hutton, Cuellar, seems like 'Magic' too. Now what if Smith rejects the bid for Ferguson? And it's good money? How exactly does that fit with him selling off our 'best players' for good sums of cash like he always does? If he doesn't sell Barry, then clearly Ferguson does not operate on the same rules the rest of the club does. It would officially show Barry Ferguson IS bigger than Rangers.
