  1. Kamara is gone. He shouldn’t be anywhere near the team. He is not signing a contract and is not trying a leg. He downed tools as soon as Gerrard left and slid further backwards when we sold Aribo and Bassey. He is an imposter. I can’t figure Lundstram out at all. He has the ability to be a good player but it’s like he is towing a fucking caravan. He is miles off the pace and it was him that looked the biggest problem today. He was nowhere near any of the other mobs players the whole game. He gave them way too much room. Game just past him by and it was instantly obvious. I couldn’t believe he came out the tunnel for the second half. Raskin should be the first name on the team sheet for the midfield. Until he does something to deserve being dropped. Beale totally fucked it today and I only hope he learns fast
  2. It was Alex Ferguson that started it. His documentary on Amazon talks about how he was so driven to beat Rangers. He was bitter at the way he felt treated by the club and was absolutely determined to beat us. Made his team hate Rangers, the fans followed and it’s just snowballed since then. They absolutely hate us. Fuck them.
  3. Correct. I don’t believe this scenario has ever happened before. Partick intended on returning possession to us because that’s the sporting thing to do. They just didn’t want the possession to be returned to us on our terms. They wanted it returned on their terms. I.e back to our Goalkeeper. I am glad now that Beale did it. Wasn’t sure at all during the game. I hope it never happens again because I genuinely don’t think we should repeat the gesture. Especially if it’s a harder opponent in a more important game. can you imagine that exact scenarios happened against the Scum at the peadodome in a game that would see us go top? Thinks we should chalk this up as a freakish occurrence and never speak of it again
  4. This is NOT the same. When the team who is expected to return the ball to the team who had possession before it was played out, do not return the ball, then it is bad form. in this case Partick were supposed to return it to us but instead Tillman wins possession fairly. It’s different and completely unique.
  5. I have tried typing this out already but let me see if this makes sense. i have seen this in football when the team that is expected to give the ball back, doesn’t and instead goes up the pitch and scores. in this case Patrick were expected to give the ball back but instead Tillman wins it back fair and square and then scores from the possession that he won instead of was given. I repeat. I have never seen that scenario in all my years of watching football. Tillman did fuck all wrong and to put it in the terms of him winning the ball instead of letting them give it to us in an unfavourable area of the pitch it’s a really hard one. Beale made a ballsy call which is perhaps significantly easier given that we would expect to beat Patrick but I hope the same scenario never comes up again because I wouldn’t want to see that call in an Old Firm game.
  6. Never seen anything like that in all my years of watching football. Tillman did fuck all wrong either by the book or morally. For us to let them square it up is beyond sportsmanship and if it had been against a team in our own league or even if it had led to a loss then Beale would be slaughtered. As it is, he should be lauded for fairness beyond the call of duty and it will stick in the throat of our detractors. Ballsy move and I would hope it never happens again
  7. I bought ExpressVPN a few years ago and used it to access a few restricted region services. When I was living in the Middle East I could get US or European access to Netflix, Disney+, Apple and Amazon. Now that I am back in Scotland I use it to access my RTV annual subscription which I have had for the last 8 years or so. You get pretty much every game home and away and the only difficulty I had was Champions League and Europa League. The Annual subscription also gives you all the full length exclusive interviews which is nice
  8. VAR is a bit sacrilegious to the game in my mind but the fact is, our standard of refereeing is so fucking bad that VAR is preferable. The worst part of VAR is when you score a goal and celebrate like fuck only to have a VAR check which dampens the celebration and if its chopped off then its gone and if it doesn't its just relief rather than euphoria But the upside is that there are far more decisions getting called correctly than there was before. Ref's have far fewer places to hide now. It was easy just to pass things off as "just how I saw it". The outrage from that bunch of fucking cheating cunts is sourced in the absolute exposure of how the poor refereeing has, for so long, favoured the safe decision. The safe decision being "call in favour of the scum and against big bad Rangers" because they know that if they do the opposite then there is a good chance they will get their windows panned in. Inevitably the Referees will still make mistakes and they will still see things differently, that's the human condition, but it will be far less frequent and so it is proving. The faux outrage over a pedestrian win over St Johnstone demonstrates the real motivation behind their whining about VAR.... always cheated never defeated Ambulance Chaser FC.
  9. Ref was absolutely shite. That yellow on Tillman was an outrage and some of the shit he was letting go against our players but giving to theirs. Shocking. But equally we are so pedestrian in the middle. Lundstram needs some time on the bench. Really hope we get these new signings in quick. Plus give Lowry more game time. He looks a talent.
  10. Also goes someway to explain why it is beneficial to the whole stinking cesspit to keep the hatred alive,... Without the hatred of Rangers Scottish Football would sink into oblivion.... "Only here to see the Rangers" ... yes, quite.
  11. Absolutely should have been hooked and I thought he was being when Roofe appeared on the touchline..... He is so fat,,.. his belly is hanging sticking out his jersey, how does a pro footballer get like that.
  12. Yeah Maybe not... but I guess I was assuming that we are stuck with the current crop of players. I would far rather see our home grown talent getting time on the pitch than the likes of Sands, Matondo, and Wright. I would rather give players that might have a future here than players who won't, such as Morelos, Kamara and Kent (unless he commits to the club). Its a topic for another thread I suppose but if we are not able to identify and bring through young players to the first team squad before their 19th Birthday then I just don't see the point in having youth teams at all. Let others develop them and we can buy them and trade them up in line with our player trading model. Nowadays a footballer is either going to make it by 20/21 or they are not. Very few players make the break through after that point, if we are still sitting with youth players at 22 and 23 years old we aint trading them for big money and they will either sink into obscurity or hang about as a squad player ad infinitum
  13. Beale would do well to make some big calls and send out a message that he has the balls to do what is right for the club Retiring McGregor, Dropping Tav, moving Morelos on ASAP would be just the start Sands should be sent back to his parent club, Lowry and McCann played more regularly…. aw man the list is endless
  14. Aye. Well. I thought this was theoretical. Keep or get rid? Keep for now
  15. Nathan Patterson disagrees.
  16. We will get fuck all for him with 6 months on his contract. sign him up. ASAP and if he turns it on for the remainder of the season we can reevaluate then.
  17. Morelos has always been a moody prick. Just his goals made up for it. Used to come alive in the Europa when he was getting a stage to whore himself out for a move. I don’t think he ever saw us as anything but a stepping stone and when he never got his big move he packed it in altogether.
  18. Well since we are talking shite, here is my contribution to stupid things to say. Since 2012, Candeias is not in the bottom 50 players to have played for us and he might actually be in the top 50 of the best players to play for us. Take that for a completely random made up statement with no justification
  19. Candeias was a good player for us. I looked for highlight videos on YouTube and there are some great videos but they all have ear rape music backing them. So I settled for this little gem Oh and I always loved this as well. Clears the ball from the edge of his own box. Chases down his own clearance and then performs a mad back heel to set up Morelos. Loved that goal. 5m 20s in
  20. I just watched Edgar's post match and he called out McGregors fuck up... not mainstream but at least highlighted. You might expect Andy Walker or some of the less Rangers-minded pundits might relish highlighting it
  21. lots of people picking McCrorie... I will be stunned if McCrorie is in goals for us in the league this season unless McGregor is injured... not saying he shouldn't be but it would be a massive call from Beale. McGregor though must also know himself what he can and cannot do anymore. He will be looking through that yesterday and think that maybe he ought to do the honourable thing... or is that just wishful thinking?
  22. Fair do's. its all about opinions. Mine is that we are in a much better place than we were a month ago in terms of getting a performance out of these players.
  23. Tough one with Kent, he hasnt kicked a ball all season, if he turns it around now in his last 6 months of his contract then its probably only him that will benefit through his signing on fee elsewhere. The way he celebrated the winner last night suggests he is emotionally invested in Rangers but he needs to put pen to paper.
