Not sure if this has been answered, but having spoke to a boy I work with who is friends with Holt (i know, i know), apparently Davie Weir was his sort of mentor with Scotland when Holt was playing with one of the younger Scotland teams and I think Weir has kept an eye on him since. A brilliant signing and gives his all for us... for someone who didn't grow up supporting us he really does give everything and seems to mean a lot to him.
Not sure if you've watched him often but a few Falkirk fans I know said they don't normally feel safe wth him in goals. Looked brilliant yesterday, though... first time I've seen him play. On loan from the sheep too like someone else said.
First interview I'm a bit unsure about. Seems to focus on one particular 20 minute spell when we were poor. in reality we never and haven't been creating enough chances throughout the game, only near the end we eventually got some. Defence was so poor as well. I'm sure, or at least hope that he knows this though, and will do something about it.
Can't stand Hampden but I guess it'll be good to get as many fans there as possible, would've preferred somewhere else. Hopefully be a good day though! The Ramsdens cup final was a good day, right up until the fucking game.
Dreading this place if (when) we don't win the league at the first chance after going up. If we don't finish second this place will go into absolute meltdown.
Never watched today's game. OP is off his fucking head of he doesn't think Waghorn is good enough for us, easily one of our better players, maybe our best.. we did well to get him.
Whoever mentioned his performance against Dundee Utd, that's a great shout... a stand out for us that day. Still in shock here, some horrible people and places in the world. RIP Arnie, my heart goes out to his wife, family and friends
Saw a journalist based in South America report this, was hesitant to post here in case it wasn't true... seems it is. Absolutely tragic, in shock hearing it. Devastating
