Precedence was set by Motherwell fans at play off game and taken up a few levels by the hibs fans in the SC final. Difference with our 'pitch invasion'. No goading opp fans and it was really only kids in small numbers. Mixed feelings on it tbh. It looked fun and Alfredo was loving it. But if not checked it could happen more and more often with greater numbers. It's kinda ok if it's a sporadic thing, but not if it becomes a regular thing imo.

Strategy is sound. We have to put a team out on the park to compete in the here and now (addition of experience and quality) Davis & Defoe. Loan players to fill the squad in short term whilst we sign others for next season (Jones & Kamara) Only 2 windows and we have a decent squad with much more depth and a number of players worth a bit of money. Got to say we are in a much better footing than we were with Pedro. Budget isn't there to make the type of changes the gaffer would like to make so it has to be managed over time.

Yeah it's not the best but we are still in touch with leaders. I think that the extra Euro games have taken their toll on the squad. The sheep and killie haven't had to worry which is why they are right up there atm. I expect that we will win more games this 2nd part of the season and the others bar celtic will fall back. Time will tell I guess but I wouldnt be rushing to do anything right now.

And beating them too which was a must. The other difference is we haven't been hammered in any game results-wise. We took a few heavy beatings under Warbs & Pedro so we have been stronger there.

Ffs, after the old firm game he was a messiah. Now he's a dud 90 mins later. The truth is somewhere in the middle. He is young Manager learning his trade. He will undoubtedly make mistakes (and has done). But he has a winner's mentality and a status that can attract players that otherwise wouldn't come. We have no money for a Laudrup or a Gascoigne, but we make the same demands and expect the same results from much lesser players. Its a cup final to all the other teams playing us but nowadays there is barely a difference in quality between us and the rest. Everyone's disappointed after last night, but we can't keep changing Managers every time we lose a game.

Killie away is tough fixture. Plenty of points will be spilt there by the other top teams.

Not a tactical expert but think the system last night needs quicker, more mobile centre halfs. With narrower set up it meant the CD were being dragged out to the wing to cover full backs. (No candieas/ kent to cover) Obviously cost Macaulay a booking initially then the 2nd goal he couldn't make a challenge. Would only use 442 (diamond) against diddy teams at home as we are going to get done on the flanks when we lose possession upfield. Big lumbering defenders one vs one with winger isn't going to end well.

Got a Tim at work who always sends a daft wee email after the old firm game. Barely talk to the wank but he always copies me in. Guess what?, No email this time! I was tempted to send him something but I will wait for the title. Funny thing is he's been in a foul mood since we came back from break. I am pretty sure it's cos of the football. They think they are entitled to beat us now. We are the Champs in waiting and will always be number one around here. The fallout will be unreal when we finally do it again........I can't wait!

I think If we keep winning they will crack. If we win next 5 games they will cave in and we will win the league. We had them worried last year until we lost our chance at Ibrox and then folded. We are better now and they are worse. We can do it if we keep the pressure on, they are there for the taking.
