Would make sense for them to put in a bid as Kenny was by far the worst 1st choice keeper in the EPL last year. And it'll be good to see the look on the bheasts faces who are convinced he's going to them.

Usually I go into to tournaments with the best of intentions to cheer England on but the jingoistic commentary makes me end up rooting for the opposition. With that toned down this year I may enjoy watching England progress but to be totally honest I will probably be completely indifferent when it comes to how well they do. Like others will be supporting Germany at the tournament. Always have done at major tournaments that Scotland aren't involved in, may be down to constantly being mistaken for being a German whenever I went abroad as a kid.

Can't say I hate Man Utd but don't particularly like them either. Will admit that I used to watch them whenever I got a chance in the 90's, didn't give a shit about their attacking exploits but was a huge fan of Schmeichal as a kid.

You cant possibly discount the wage bill completely in the modern game with Bosman signings and pre-contracts, United are arguably the most famous club in world football(or in the top 3 at least) so will guarantee the attention of any player they are interested in and will offer the wages to make them a very attractive prospect for the worlds best. Any club who haven't been on the ball with their top assets contract details open themselves up to losing players to united with little or no compensation, meaning its not purely about the transfer fees involved.

Worst ref decision of the the season in the EPL, one of the most obvious fouls on a keeper I've seen. Penalty was ridiculously soft as well. Wouldn't put it past the dirty fuckers at QPR to have bribed the officials, horrible team that we have to endure for one more season in the EPL. If hypothetically I had the chance to play professionally and for some reason I couldn't get any other club I probably would. I'd even go about it in a professional mannor against every other team, but as a keeper the temptation would probably overcome me to throw one in the back of the net if I was involved in a tight old firm match that looked to be heading for a draw/rangers loss. Would probably get away with it too, look how many howlers borat had and they loved that fat prick.

Dont normally find games scary, might be I'm concentrating too much on playing it or something. Did however jump a bit at the closing scene of Dead Space.
