Oh aye, I'm sure we'd be switching to 4-3-3 at this late stage of the season. Dream on children!

Tonights team is:-

:alexander:

:whittaker: :bougherra: :weir: :papac:

:davis: :mendes: :edu: :beasley:

:boyd: :Naismith:

St Mirren 0 - 3 Rangers :21: :21: :21:

sorry this made me laugh :pipe:

:craphead:

It's like fantasy football on here sometimes! We play 4-4-2 all season long against the weaker teams, yet some still persist with the daft idea that we're gonna completely change our shape and system every week. Unbelievable! <cr>

4-5-1/4-3-3

Boyd playing upfront himself with Naismith supporting from the right and Beasley from the left.

No chance. We only play 4-3-3/4-5-1 against the "better" sides.

It's been confirmed by McCoist.

Good stuff :D

I hope Beasley does his thing tonight, but I expect posters to be on his back from the first second if he doesn't produce a Messi-like performance, completely disregarding his lack of game time recently.

Not in the interview I just watched. Beasley on the left in place of Fleck, Naismith up top in place of Novo. 4-4-2.

He confirmed what, just to be clear?

Well not in the interview I just listened to.

He denied it was a 4-4-2 with Boyd & Naismith and said it'll be Naismith supporting from the right and Beasley supporting from the left.

I suppose we'll just need to wait and see.

oh oh

old wally saying we have 3 games in 6 days, and a reduced squad..

not exactly a positive interview.

yet at other times he says "we take one game at a time"

i smell an excuse for either now or the motherwell game

Away and support the scum ya numpty. You are the most negative anti-Smith poster on here these days.

I hope Steve McGinn scores and we still win.

It better be an own goal then. How the hell can you hope someone scores against Rangers? <cr>

He's an old pal of mine, that was all., used to spend a lot of time with him. Great guy.

Please tell me what Naismith has done that Aaron hasn't?

Bar a few runs against St. Johnstone, Steven Naismith has been awful since returning from injury.

He's Scottish and not match fit.

Quite clearly a better choice over a fit, hungry and young foreigner! :anguish:

I think we'll see Aaron tonight when the wingers, as always, are replaced.
