Here for this.

Dear Shareholder,
As you may be aware, earlier this week on 13 march 2017 The takeover appeal board (TAB) affirmed the ruling of the hearings
committee of the takeover panel that Dave King was acting in concert with the 3 bears in relation to the acquisition of shares in RIFC on 31/12/2014 ans 2/1/2015.
Mr King had therefore triggered an obligation to make an offer for the shares of RIFC under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code.
TAB has directed Mr King must announce an offer pursuant to Rule 9 of the Code for all of the issued shares in RIFC which are not owned by Mr King and 3 bears.
The offer is to be made at the price of 20p per share in cash and, in accordance with TAB's ruling must be announced by 12/4/2017. Further info will be sent to
shareholders, including the RIFC board's views on the offer, when such an offer is made. There is no obligation on
shareholders to accept the offer, when made

He's played a blinder here. Could become majority shareholder at 20p a share.

If anyone sells but they won't at that price.

I thinks it's hard to tell who will sell and who won't. Some peoples shares are not worth the paper they are written on, the only value is voting rights. so may sell to get something back. Some have had shares blocked and aren't able to sell the FAB ruling allows them to sell. Some people bought penny shares and may see 20p as a good return.

Although you make some good points, i still can't see anyone shifting their shares, but you never know.

I know a few who are selling mate. Investors with no interest in Rangers other than financially, might cut and run too, considering the futures not too rosy looking.

RANGERS chairman Dave King arrived in Scotland earlier today and this evening met in person with new Light Blues manager Pedro Caixinha for the first time.

Caixinha was appointed two weeks ago after an extensive search and interview process and took the helm for the first time at Ibrox last week in a 4-0 win over Hamilton.

This week’s training has been the first full week for the Gers squad under the Portuguese boss and a break in fixtures to accommodate internationals has allowed the new management team and the Light Blues players to get to know each other.

Rangers chairman King is in Glasgow for a dinner with hospitality clients and other members of the board, and he’ll be catching up with RangersTV later this week.
