Not watching the England game but can tell by their score line that they’re light years above Scotland at the moment...and yet you’ll still get some tartan trannies trying to take the piss out of them? Hmmmm.... 🤔

5 - 3 now. England are at least defending like Scotland.

Also Kosovo showing up every other small nation in these qualifiers, they’ve played some top football

Kosovo are a very good team. We got them in the Nations League last year and managed to get a draw at home... their coefficients are somewhat false... they will be right up there in a few years.

Fleck announced in squad, the "Scottish Wayne Rooney" way back in the day.- all the calls to get the 16yo a full cap against Holland. Never worked out for him in Scotland, but seems to be doing really well of late as a very hard working player.

If, as it seems, Ryan Jack has been called up to the Scotland squad what was the outcome of Rangers making their point to the SFA about the SFA coaches implementing a training regime for Jack last time round that resulted in injury and is return to Rangers at Rangers request?      Clearly, and despite SG's annoyance at the time, Rangers - and Jack - have forgiven the SFA and they are all pals again.

Then again, you'd like to think Rangers has received binding assurances from the SFA that they will not be implementing any stupid or ill-considered training regimes for Jack.

Quite why he wants to play for a mickey mouse Scottish national team is something only Jack can answer.    Personally I'd be giving them a wide body swerve and decline to play for them.   How is he able to trust their coaches to organise things so that needless injury is avoided?   Maybe just as bad is the role of sitting on the touchline being the token Rangers player needed by the SFA for media window dressing purposes.   Or potentially worse still to actually get some time in a game only to be the subject of persistent verbal abuse and hounding by certain elements of the so-called support, or to suffer injury which impairs or ends  his ability to contribute fully and properly to Rangers' season.

If he comes back injured through acts or omissions of the SFA or due to football directions given to the player by Clarke, then I don't imagine Gerrard will be too pleased......again.
