Can someone explain in direct simple terms whether we can change the squad submitted for Europe if we progress?
Perhaps also can someone tell me why Beale put forward those particular names and why he left others out of the limited European selection.
And finally, is Lammers in possession of questionable photos of someone on the Board of Directors?

Maybe he can rely on Lammers more, maybe Cantwell still not fully fit or not fit enough. Maybe Cantwell too much of a loose cannon for the plan he has in place. Cantwell needs to do his talking on the pitch and stay off the keyboard.

Much he can improve upon but he will always be considerably smaller than those he is defending against and therefore, always come up short, so to speak.

I was thinking about all those players in the past who came in and were not so impressive at first, we can all make a list, given time many of those players turned it around and we have to hope the same could happen with Dessers and Lammers.
But the fans gave players like McCoist stick at the time, the best players react with stronger performances as they have something to prove. Lammers reaction after his amazing goal showed the sort of passion and reaction that can only improve him. Or so you would hope.
I expect Lammers and Dessers will play at some point against Hearts, Lundstrum and Balogun too. But I expect Zorro to appear from the start.

Beale is a well regarded coach, and probably has done well when doing the specialist task of overseeing first team coaching sessions, but...... Beale never looked capable of running the bigger picture or man managing a squad - Clement does thus far.
Can barely identify how Beale was even coaching well either to be honest

You get the feeling Clemente is talking to each player with care but also with a rigid no nonsense approach. Just a perception but you get the sense of a manager who is constantly on it, constantly looking, constantly aware of what needs to improve. It makes me wonder exactly what Beale was up to.

With a great keeper, and Tav and Goldson being constant, it just seems reasonable to me that he places his own choices in the areas of defence, midfield, and forward positions. So still would be logical that he controls his vision through those three players in those three areas. Where Lammers is presently is fairly suspect, where Balogun was last night is changing too much and his one performance last night doesn't change that. Cifuentes hasn't featured the last couple of games so I don't think he thinks much of him either, or Soutter or Lundstrum or Wright. So, I mean, he could replace all of them but if he can only bring three possible loan deals they're not going to be that big a surprise.

Clemente is undoubtedly off to a good start, a measure of the man will be the next three players he brings in. Has to be an experienced defender who walks into the first team with consistent performances ( although Balogun did pretty well last night).
Any of the players Beale brought in could do with being replaced. I'll be very interested to see what Clemente does next.
