Had a few too many sherbets last night and logged onto Bet365. Lost quite a bit on stupid virtual racing so decided to have a go on the casino. Deposited £50, opened up the table and was sent a message by "an advisor" asking me if I wanted a £10 bonus. Obviously not gonna say no! So started playing, and despite reaching a tad over £300, I ended up at £180 (only stopped cause the service was closing for maintenance or summit). Logged in today to Bet365 and seen my balance sitting @ £50 (withdrawable) and £130 bonus. Seemed a bit strange considering the bonus I received was only a tenner. Just off the phone to them there,and apparently in the t&c's (which weren't sent to me) it says that If you take a bonus, you cant withdraw till you've played 25 times the deposit plus the bonus!! So I need to gamble £1260, all for the sake of a fucking tenner. The lassie says that as a "good will gesture" they will remove the bonus from my account, allowing me to withdraw my £50. Nearly fucking fell over!! As it turns out the £50 which is labelled as withdrawable, isn't withdrawable at all and cant be touched till ive met the criteria!!!! What a fucking shambles. Then just to top it off, the icing on the cake- turns out any money bet on roulette only counts as 50% of your total that you need to stake. So, in order to redeem my generous £10 bonus, I need to gamble £2510!!!!!!! Have you ever heard anything more fucking ridiculous in your life!!!!!
