  1. Not exactly a glittering selection, and as expected licence-heavy titles like Gran Turismo are absent.

Wipeout and Tomb Raider were iconic games of that era and it's too bad they're not included. Rainbow Six is a bizarre choice to occupy one of limited slots - a crap port that was badly received; Doom or Medal of Honor would have been better selections for an FPS.

I wonder if they're holding back so they can release a PSOne Classic later on with analogue controllers and an expanded library.

Everybody remembers at that time the fiasco that happened back then.

We might not have been good enough to win the UEFA Cup that season but we were more than capable of winning the whole lot domestically.

They stinking Catholic bastards exploited the death of an ex player to help themselves in the hunt for a league title, airbrushed from history as usual.

Don't forget Motherwell and the part that their 'undersoil cheating' played in creating the fixture build-up.

Im so raging in going to kick over some cunts sand castle and ruin a birthday party

I bet that the steady trickle of increasingly bizarre articles you reference were published with the purpose of instilling fresh anti-Rangers prejudice in the Scottish public ahead of this new battle.

I remember Aluko being banned for diving, surely Christie should be the same?

The problem is it's basically trial by mhedia much of the time and they likely won't kick up a stink over Christie like they did over Aluko. If we want a level playing field then chances are we'll have to be proactive about complaining, childish as it may be.

  5. Digital Foundry first impressions are up.

Don't have time to watch it right now, but should be interesting to get their thoughts on what to expect from the console versions.

  6. These shitty clubs must be saving a certain amount per year by going plastic. Perhaps if we make a policy of refusing to take the full number of tickets for those grounds then we could make it financially pointless to play on fake pitches, especially if we get other clubs on board; just depends what the numbers are.

Imagine we are winning 2-0 at the tattie bowl, and  Ryan Jack hurdles a tackle on the sidelines/corner, and jumps on an advertising hoarding, stands there, doing nothing as such but staring at the tarrier fans, laughs, then goes back to the game..

do you reckon nothing will happen?

or god forbid we win and McGregor/halliday/ Morelos goes up to a goal post and ties a scarf to it..

fucking jail for said player, 10 point fine, and Scottish cobra meeting to deal with Rangers players and their deplorable sectarian behaviour.

We had Halliday booked and sent off just for celebrating on the halfway line against fucking Morton.

No point in comparing seasons like that, it's apples and oranges, every team has changed players. More interested in how close we are to the top, this season we're 12 points off the top rather than 39.

Also, we don't know what the number of points required for first place will be next season.

I'm looking at how we're progressing as a side and it looks grim. The defence in particular is a shambles, and despite scoring more than the filth we've conceded twice as much - more than any top six team. A new defence must be Gerrard's top priority.

I'm not sure that's true it's a receivers licence ... if you didn't want to pay you would just have to say I never watch it

The relevant info is all on the TVL website, and I double-checked with citizen's advice before going licence-free, plus TVL didn't dispute me when I called to cancel the licence and told them why I don't need one.

You're right that it's a problem for them: they have to treat every unlicenced household as a potential licence-evader, so they send out a series of increasingly ominous letters in the hope of spooking people into paying; I expect I'll receive the first of many in a few month's time. Then there's their door-knocking squad.
