I don't recall seeing any violent sentiment towards Lawwell from our support, in spite of him not being liked. I do however vividly remember 'shoot the board' and other murderous sentiments daubed on bedsheet banners and hung around the piggery by celtic fans when their season started coming apart at the seams.
Edit: Just seen the posts above.

These are the same people that have collectively decided the word H** isn't offensive and doesn't have any religious connotations whatsoever, yet fenian absolutely 100% means Roman Catholic.
Despite that the fact I, who'd consider myself atheist/agnostic, can become a Muslim and also take a complete U-turn on my view on the United Kingdom as a whole and begin to learn the words of every Charlie and the Bhoys song, therefore I'd be a fenian bastard in my own eyes.
Loads of Protestants in the Fenian Brotherhood, not every single member of the IRA were Protestants, this is a debate that could be shut down instantly if we had somebody with the balls to stand up and fight our case, but nobodys interested because it's us.
So fuck them and fuck the Pope as well the big nonce.
I agree with your sentiments wholeheartedly, but am a bit pessimistic about the ease of the outcome.
The cult of so-called social justice has always been a one way street, because it's really all about agendas and not justice. It tends to boil down to what people want to embrace; about what suits them to stick up for, which is why professional victim groups have an easier time selling lies than others do selling reality.
That's not to say we should just meekly accept things - just expect a tougher battle to win people over, and understand that it's a battle that has to be fought every day.

I think the logic is that if they had won all four OF encounters then they would have 12 points more than they do now, whereas we wouldn't have gotten the points so our hypothetical tally falls. The problem is they forgot that one OF game was a draw, so our total points haul vs them could only drop by ten points (to 86pts), while the maximum hypothetical increase for them is eleven (on account of already getting a point from the draw game), putting them on 84 pts.
The other problem is that they're shit.

I’m thinking about playing Biohazard this week before Village as that was meant to be the first of a trilogy of games, village being the second. I’ve not played a horror since Alien Isolation I think and even at that only a couple of hours into it, the music and atmosphere of them just gives me pure anxiety
I'm in the same boat. Haven't had the energy for horror games since my op, and need to fire through RE7 before playing the new one. Judging by the demo it should be pretty good.

Gears of War 5 going for a fiver in Tesco at the moment. No point if you're on Gamepass, though.

Has a familiar feel to it.
TurnbullTurdfool will fill the role of plastic hardman soon to be vacated by Brown, presumably with as much leniency from the compliance mob. -

It's getting to the point I wouldn't be overly shocked if they kept him on next season, with them changing big pete wouldn't be shocked if they kept him for a bit of stability.
Can't see the fans accepting the men who blew the ten in the dugout next season. If anything it would guarantee continued unrest among a support already in uproar. I hope they go for it and we can all laugh at the piss-stained bedsheet banners for another year.

In no way complaining because he's quickly becoming my favourite taig manager but how is TLB still in a job, it's absolutely amazing
It has to be contractual. their board probably knew that the ten was gone so there's no point in sacking him, and snus-breath will be clinging on like a mhanky limpet, praying for some sort of admin/points deduction event to come our way and give him a chance to save his bacon.

Are you subscribed to Game Pass? I checked my Game Pass copy of Master Chief Collection and ODST loaded up without a prompt for payment.

Many employers could and would do something if you broke rules and were fined by the police. Especially if you are damaging their brand.
I don't think the club reputation is the biggest factor here, though there may be some pressure to be seen to act given the circumstances. The issue as I see it is that they've defied instructions and made the manager look impotent, and Steven Gerrard does not strike me s the type to be made a fool of with impunity.
The explicit punishment may only go so far, but I wouldn't be surprised if those involved find themselves frozen out and pushed to the back of the queue for first team starts, especially those who aren't deemed a prospect.

Whilst Patterson is the sorest to take any punishments must be seen to be equal.
Was it set in stone that Jones and Edmunson would never play for us again, or was it just a de-facto expectation based on the fact that they were fringe players with a bad attitude?

Each to their own about covid but no fucking wonder they want to live life. This is never going away, at some point the world has to get back to some sort of normality and that means living with it.
If McGregor did the same would you want him gone?
I understand the sentiment, but they've a responsibility to the club not to dip us in the shit like that.
As for McGregor, I certainly wouldn't want him gone, but I hold to my original assertion that equal treatment must prevail. If we go easy on players according to their prominence then we're inviting more breaches to happen.

Fuck sake, never knew so many on here have never fucked up before......
There's fucking up and then there's taking the piss. Imagine the reaction if it was Griffiths instead of our own.
My own feeling is that if they have breached rules then they should be treated the same as Jones and Edmunson. If preferential treatment is dished out then we risk fracturing squad harmony.

I don’t think the referees are biased either way, they are just incompetent across the board. Every single club in Scotland has justified complaints and grips with them every season.
IMO part of the problem is that bheast corruption is evident not just in the game but in the country as a whole, from dodgy land deals and bias media to disciplinary committees all skewed in favour of them. The result being that folk in our support are less likely to give refs the benefit of the doubt. Heck, at this point I could bite into a Killie pie and half expect to find a leprechaun hiding inside.

Did they not give free tours of The Piggery to their hooligans? If so then they're in an awkward position to be giving it holier than thou.
