This. He has had some patches of bad form. But for the last year or so he has been consistently one of our top players, and yet many still fail to see the good work he does, or how he benefits the rest of the team

I've only heard others mention the 90 day period, also mentioning next Thursday as the deadline. As far as I remember the last day of the tribunal was around Feb 17th, but I don't know if the arithmetic works with that one.

Hes certainly making all the right noises at the moment, and the thought of a board of Scots, who understand what Rangers means (and just as importantly, how many hate us) helps overcome that particular hurdle. However, after the Whyte fiasco, we need to be careful that we don't place any of the bidders on a pedestal before we know what they are all about (and that includes TBK)

Supposedly the result is due within 90 days of the tribunal adjourning, and that deadline expires on Thursday coming. Having said that, I am sure that if they gave justification to the judge, a discretionary extension could be applied.

My favourite player of the last decade or so. Just a shame we didn't get hold of him five years earlier and a pity that his bad knees finished him early. One of the foreign players who truly took Rangers to their heart

You also have to wonder where he was getting his £25m from last year, when he can only get £10m together this time. Was he planning to use Ticketus too?

Tomorrow should still be achievable imo, the bidders should know the new state of play by now and should surely be able to decide if they are still interested or not

It was pretty clear that after what happened to us, the rules were always going to be changed and I have no problem with that; after all they probably needed changed. However, the timing of the announcement was nothing but vindictive and designed to hamper the ongoing attempts to sell the club. On a side note, I assume D&P will be voting on our behalf, is it therefore a given that we will actuallly vote against the proposals????

Spot on! Not one person I have talked to is looking for any kind of favourable treatment on this issue, we all just want to see the same rules applied as were applied when Gretna etc... went into administration. On top of that, the refusal to postpone the SFA disciplinary hearings until we are actually able to present, not even a defence but simply the facts that we have, is laughable and will only serve to confirm our intentions that it will be a kangaroo court.

Tbf to the administrators it is not their role to stand up to attacks on the club like this and in all honesty I doubt any adminstrator would expect to have to confront the possibility of a club's own league adding to their woes by trying to make the buying process harder for the administrators. What we need is someone like Walter Smith or maybe Richard Gough to volunteer as a spokesman on this matter, just someone to stem the tide a wee bit and answer back to the never-ending torrent of shite heading our way
