Got to wonder why PC persists with Lammers…..
We aren't exactly awash with alternatives.

Roofe really is a good player. But I’m not even Gna start thinking of him as a reliable option. Only ever ends in tears
Needs everything straight to feet though because any pace or movements he once had is gone.

First real task for Koppen is finding a (loan) move for him in January. If we can get someone to pay a reasonable portion of his wage, it shouldn't be too hard (at all) to upgrade. Hell, I'd say Hagi or Lowry would be a clear step up for us.
That's not even remotely controversial, both would offer so much more

Is King injured/no in the squad? I've completely blanked on why he's not there.

Saw a clip of the pen in another vid and it ruined my day
I was speaking to a lad earlier who was with Annan when Ramsay made his debut for us and even the mention of his name gave me a horrible flashback.

He’ll be back for Sunday
This based on something you've heard or just your gut feeling?

Dessers to fire us through in Europe, win the cup and keep the pace in the league
Shankland to fire us top of the league
Danilo to return and clinch it in the split
No problem
Your positivity is frankly unnerving.

Id give him a years deal tbh, we are going to need a major overhaul in there this summer and need a bit of continuity, wouldn’t be offering him a long term deal though.
I'm in agreement that whilst I think he may be worth keeping around, and i wouldn't want to chuck a 3 or 4 year deal at him on anything close to the rumoured £35k, there is next to no chance he accepts a one year deal at this stage of his career.

Do you need to give Sterling time in a new role though before the final?
I can understand the temptation to, and perhaps he might be, I think that might be alongside Cifuentes rather than in place of.

Sterling in midfield imo rather than Cifu. Would imo be a much more solid DM.
Given Cifuentes is suspended for the weekend its almost certain he will start in this one.

Its a no for me.
If we'd an established pro in that position then I'd be more willing to bring in someone of his ilk as backup. But our squad is screaming out for quality additions, someone a real step up from Wright, Matondo and McCausland.
Armstong is not it.

I was actually surprised after we played the wee Cyprus side we didn’t have anyone saying we should buy their forward who kept causing our defence massive issues with his pace, was sure that was going to be suggested
There were a few to be fair

The only reason we’re not top at the moment is corrupt refereeing at Ibrox.
We could and should be a point in front with a game in hand.
That's cutting Michael Beale copious amounts of slack

Much better than what we have.
Not a chance

I like a consistent regular team with little to no changes. Building confidence and allowing players to gain momentum
Fidgeting is disruptive
He has only made "little changes" though.

Don’t like the gaffer fidgeting with the team all the time
defence might capitulate today
If that defence can't do the job at home against Dundee then we're in a worse position than any of us realise.

Think this guy Koppen will need up to & including the break to try & work out wtf our recruitment policy & processes have been to date.
The thing is he has come from PSV, a club who we should realistically be shopping from the same calibre of players as, so we won't be going in to this window completely blind.

The tarriers couldn’t have planted someone to do more damage to us. Signings have been an utter shitshow since he joined
Thing is he signed a fair few donkeys at celtic too.
Everyone talks about him being some sort of transfer guru because he found Wanyama, Forster, Rogic and van Diyk.
But he also brought in a fair few expensive flops, the likes of Juarez, Bangura, Efe Ambrose, Boerrigter, Johansen
