Because we had a DoF who signed absolute shite, and then brought in a manager who compounded that by signing even more absolute shite and not getting rid of the absolute shite he inherited.
In short, our squad is just shite.

With the state that Beale and Wilson left this team in, it’s an absolute miracle Clement managed to even get close to a title race.
It’s poor beyond belief.

Sabuncuoğlu is generally very reliable when it comes to Turkish football, pretty sure he was the first to say Kent was off to Fenerbahce.
Can’t say I’ll miss him much, he was the same at us as he was at Sheffield United - very good for a couple of short spells and distinctly average the rest of the time. Not really good enough for the wages we spunked on him.
