    I wouldn't be too sure.
It won't surprise many but as things stand I believe MW over King and Murray.

And whilst nobody can disprove the chain of events, equally nobody but the Club, MW or his agent can prove them.  Thats the key here.

Listen, i genuinely hope they have this water tight but i believe if they did, they would be out just now saying so.  If i was a betting man, my money would be on, no proof of formal resignation, no minutes from Mondays meeting recorded and a payout to the 3.

My view as well.  They would have been done that day or first thing next morning and he most certainly would not have been sitting in a presser on Friday morning if it was as clean cut as The Dudes "opinion"

I could be wrong, and i have no doubt you will tell me i am, but it reads from above that your meeting was perhaps a more formal meeting and probably included other people in the room to record these details.  I agree that any formal HR meetings as part of an ongoing process(as you describe) should always have note takers.

In all my years in business, ive had hundreds of discussions about contract variations, potential resignations, terms and conditions and not once, unless it was a formal HR procedure, were minutes taken and agreed.  Also in all of the above situations, anything that we wished to make formal, was always put in writing thereafter which would then more often than not end up in a to you, to me, to you, to me, to you situation until both parties agreed.

20+ years now in Senior, Exec and non exec board positions and not once have i ever heard nor seen a business announce a Key persons resignation without having it all agreed in writing.

If the meeting on Monday was a formal HR meeting, im more inclined to believe we will be covered.  If the meeting on Monday was to simply try and talk around a potential agreeable situation, then there will be no minutes.

I havent really seen that though i think i jumped 6 pages when replying to someone.  For me, personally, i believe they didnt resign.  They knew they werent wanted, tried to broker a reasonable agreement and then somebody fecked up.

Either their agent has made a baws up and the club is right.
Or the club has made a baws up and will pay up.

Without knowing all the facts, i think its wrong to crucify the 3 of them this early as many are doing.

I agree the framing is important.

I dont agree that this makes the likelihood of Kings version of events being correct.  How can anyone tell on that without actually being involved ?

7/2 for Rangers to win by 4 or more goals (so -3) max bet £25

When the seagulls follow the trawler it's because they think the fishermen are throwing the sardines back in the sea.
I'm not feigning anything. I genuinely cannot make head nor tail of your various innuendos.
I have no connection with any group anywhere. No connection with any of the post Whyte Boards. No connection with SD or MA. None with McMurdo. As far as I'm concerned JJ is either Phil4 or one of his pals and I would rather see them lie in their own shite than have any connection with them. None with Toxic Jacks lot. Basically none anywhere.
People can't handle that I have a voice and not afraid to shout what I think out. It's my thoughts and mine alone. The only odd exception is a close nit group of certain friends all of which I met through the club, pre Whyte and they will help with certain things I do. None of them support MA or SD and only one of them is aware of JJ for a very specific reason.
