I think mccoist had 2 lists of targets. List A would have been headed by Hemed. List B containing Conway & Goodwillie. By the looks of it Mr White has rejected them both, and went for list C. Players that nobodys interested in, therfore no bidding war. Im not chuffed with Ortiz, and Matt MacKay doesnt excite me. I just hope we dont end up with 11 Broadfoots. The league has 5 good teams; Real, Barca, Valencia, Sevilla, and now Malaga. All teams that will probably thump Mallorca anyway. He comes here for a few years, wins a few leagues, a few cups, plays every season in the champions league (against the best in europe), then moves onto a bigger league. I agree with you on some levels. E.g the premiership, champions league. But you get some cracking games in the football league. It was a shame Blackpool were relegated, for me they were a new lease of life for the premiership. Some of Holloways patter was class too.
