    Whats this mate

Derby manager Wayne Rooney says he has been warned by the FA following his interview with the Mail on Sunday where he said he changed his studs to "long mental ones" ahead of Manchester United's match at Chelsea in April 2006 with the intention to "hurt someone"

He recalled: "For that game, I changed them to big, long metal ones - the maximum length you could have because I wanted to try and hurt someone, try and injure someone.

"I knew they were going to win that game. You could feel they were a better team at the time so I changed my studs.

"The studs were legal but thinking if there's a challenge there I knew I'd want to go in for it properly, basically. I did actually.

"John Terry left the stadium on crutches. I left a hole in his foot and then I signed my shirt to him after the game.

"A few weeks later I sent it to him and asked for my stud back.

"If you look back when they were celebrating, JT's got his crutches from that tackle."

I’d say Leverkusen were clearly a step above those sides.

    Dortmund even more so.

Lyon = Were sitting just above mid table in the French league.

Porto & Benfica = We’re in a transition period and whilst still good sides they were not the same sides that we’re making an impact in the Champions League.

Can’t really remember much  about Villarreal game to be honest.

Porto made the QFs of CL the season after we played them..

answers your own judgement there, young bassey trying to cover his own position plus that of a supposed croatian international who has been a bomb scare for a long time now, always had his shitebaggery about him, doesnt like physical but now he backs off and off, allows shots and crosses to come across, his ears will be red raw tomorrow night once McGregor is finished with him possibly...

Bassey ain't going to shag you mate.

I’d genuinely rather have King or Sands at CB and keep Bassey where he belongs at LB.

Barisic in current form up against Reus is a terrifying thought. It’s gonna be like Whittaker against Urinea Urziceni all over again, where he almost single handedly managed to lose us the game 4-1.

Very likely he will be up against Brandt rather than Reus.

King is nowhere near ready, did you see him against Sevilla's kids?

Anybody else getting their hopes up that the sheep shaggers can get relegated?

Currently 1-0 down at home to St Johnstone. If it stays the same and Dundee win their game in hand, home against St Mirren, then Aberdeen are 4 points off the relegation play off place. And a further 3 points off complete relegation.

They're joint bottom of the form guide as well - along with Hibs who are only 2 points above the sheep. Both are on shocking runs. 2 points from a possible 21 for the sheep. Definitely relegation form.

Hibs and Aberdeen battling each other for survival would bring me much joy. Wouldn't know who to choose.

    Nice jinx...
