  1. Just bought mine, thought I'd treat myself and went for Bar 72, normally sit in GF6. Can't wait to see all the legends in action.
  2. I know it's a bit late in the day for this, but I was just thinking that as we have a free weekend this weekend, why not open up Ibrox for an open training session. Fans pay for the opportunity to train alongside the players, take a small squad for some drills, a beat the goalie comp, Super taking on those brave enough in a sprint test, Capt Kirk competing in a skills school comp, all done in good spirits with the sole purpose of raising funds for the club. I myself am using my walking stick to get around at the moment, but I would gladly travel up to watch a lighthearted training session and have a go at beat the goalie. I would then Gladys move around the stadium with a collection bucket. What does everyone think, like I said, I know it's a bit late in the day.
  3. I had a look on google maps, the satellite view, zoomed right in but couldn't see anyone. Even had a look on street view but still no sign of any protest. Maybe it's on a delayed feed or something?
  4. All the best to both young lads, hopefully finding a new club will not be an issue for either. Excellent gesture by Greg, walking away with any pay off in the hope of saving someone elses job.
  5. Don't know if I'm going to be able to make it up to the game or not now as I am absolutely skint at the moment, it all depends on whether or not I get my RAF terminal grant paid this week. If I am unable to make it up to the game, I shall put my season ticket up for secondary ticketing on the website on Friday. My seat is in GF6, if anyone is interested let me know and I will in turn let you know what time I put it on the website so you can have the best chance of getting it. Like I said, it all depends if I get my RAF money paid in this week, if I do, obviously I will be at the game but I will let you all know what is happening.
  6. Any time a bheast mentions having 'jelly & ice cream' to me, I just reply with 'what, the same way Alan Brazil had jelly & ice cream on sellic boys club away trips?' It normally takes a few seconds for the penny to drop, by which time I'm usually miles away and can't make out what the fuckwits are saying.
  7. I've always been a staunch supporter of us staying in the SPL and was dead against moving to England, but after seeing the way other clubs and their fans have reacted to us entering admin, I'm well up for moving to the English lower leagues and working our way up. As has been said by others, the whole of Scottish football will soon realise how much they needed us, money from our travelling support and most importantly money from any TV deal, as I cant see Sky or ESPN being interested in an SPL with out us. Even if we were to be relegated to the 3rd Div in the event of liquidation, this would be more appealing than allowing the arse holes in charge to lord it over us and make us start each season on -10 or even -15 pts as has been suggested. Again, the issue of TV deal would arise again, due to there being no Old Fir games in the SPL and the other cunts clubs would suffer and realise just how important we are to the whole of Scottish football.
  8. This is my exact thoughts, fuck a lot of other clubs right off. No TV money, no existence for some (hopefully the sheep cunts!), they will soon realise how much they need us.
  9. The Kerkar is fucking amazing where ever he plays.
  10. Happy birthday Brian. Here's hoping that with your recent health scares, you have many, many, many more birthdays to come.
  11. Come on guys, let's get back on topic! This isn't a 'who's mair shite' or 'who would do best with what resources' thread, there have been plenty of them already. Lets just get back to supporting our great team in these hard times, get the jambos games sold out, and let the whole nation know that we are, with out doubt, The People, and we support our team regardless of what is thrown at us. :uk: :uk: :uk: :uk: :uk: :uk: :uk: :uk: :uk: :uk: :uk:
  12. I know what my first job tomorrow is now, get out and find a nifty looking trilby!
  13. What if you don't have a hood but a rather nifty looking trilby?
  14. Good luck to him, admitting your problem is the first big step. And if he has really kicked the booze, at least I can say I've shared a pint with the great man!
  15. I don't know how much relevance this has on our tax case, but there was an article in today's Mail on Sunday about how George Osborne is going to be closing a loop hole for 'one man firm' tax dodging. In the article it says dozens of civil servants serpents have avoided paying thousands in tax, and at least 2 of the senior officials work for HMRC. Tried to find the article online but couldn't, it is on page 5 of the paper for anyone wishing to read it.
  16. Good drills buddy, always a great thing to see one Bear helping out another Bear.
  17. Shit, shoes are taken. In that case, I'll be the one with jeans on.
  18. Ooohh, yeah, good point. I would defo need anonymity, the mhedia would think Christmas had come early with all the seedy shit they could dig up on me, hookers, drugs, hookers, drink, sleazy sex shit, all the usual stuff.
  19. I've already to the Doris that if we were to win one of the super jackpots, say £100-150M, I'll be ring fencing £50M to save Rangers. All I would want in return is a place on the board for life. Maybe even a statue outside, just to satisfy my vanity.
  20. Couldn't agree with you more, without our magnificent club I would probably have to start speaking to and spending time with the wife, and I'll be a fucking long time dead before I allow that to happen!
  21. Jig was on the bench today but didn't get any game time, surely that is worth some praise?
