When are you going to realise that everything is our fault? When its not our fault, then we should accept the blame anyway. thats my whole point. They had options available that were more serious than a fine. They chose not to use them...because it was deemed too severe.

Why? And Im not being pedantic here...but these sanctions were available to the tribunal at the time...and they decided that the wrongdoing did not merit suspension or expulsion (both of which are considered MORE damaging than a transfer ban)...otherwise they would have imposed one of those sanctions. Would love to hear them justify an 'increase' in punishment now.

worrying thing for me was that D&P didnt know about the uefa/fifa statutes that prohibits teams from taking their national associations to the civil courts. Sion did it after they were kicked out of Europa League and FIFA threatened swiss fa unless they "imposed their authority" on Sion. Swiss FA deducted Sion 36 points. If they hadnt done that, then FIFA were going to kick Switzerland out of World Cup and their national champions out of Champions League. ............................all just seems a mess

I know the £3M a year will be paid...but surely the contract was between oldco and JJB... so if it is to continue the newco would need to sign new contract, or agree a transfer between the old and newco. To broaden the question.....are all contracts/agreements between the oldco and providers / suppliers still effective (if a newco comes about)?
