*****Official Rangers v Livingston match thread*****

A good win at the end of the day. Running off the pitch and getting booked is a major annoyance for me. Puts you at risk of a red on the day and another yellow against your name. -

I said we are due to pump them tonight it's ages since we pumped someone. The wife ever the pessimist says we are also due to lose. -
Pretty sure I read somewhere that it's been completed and some staff have undergone Diversity training.

£20 to see the Teddies against anyone. I'm good.

St Mirren have pretty much a full strength team as far as I can see. -
I really don't understand that. There must be some coherent callers waiting.

I suggest they know thats not true. The latest spike is not expected to reach its height till mid January or later. I am not convinced this season will be completed we needed to get another 2 matches in and potentially cancel the mid season break. I hope I'm wrong but I strongly suspect a shocking fixture backlog. For the record my work is preparing for another complete lockdown post New Year.

I'm not convinced the match take place. We'll see. -
They have come out with a great statement. They know what they want and how to manipulate the situation to get it. What does our Board think ? Been done up like a kipper again.

Games not happening. 100% guaranteed -
I remember the days when there was a good bit of fun. We called them bad names. They called us bad names. Nobody cared. Nobody worried about it and we all went to work next day and got on with it. Not happy with the way it's gone but what's good enough for the goose etc. It wasn't us that took the cork out of the bottle.

It wasn't. He stepped on the defenders foot and fell over. -
I worry for the safety of referees when they are away from football minding their own business. There are some seriously mentally challenged individuals who might get violent. The SFA and in particular the Referees Supervisor should be making statements and speaking to clubs. One club in particular to try to in some way defuse the hyperbole. It really doesn't help when Dornan suggests the possibility of something potentially sinister being at work.

Not looking forward to a classic tonight but 3 points will do. 4 pints in already - in the Auctioneer. The wife's off shopping which is great. My birthday treat to her. Trip to Glasgow. Lunch at Viva - the Brazillian restaurant. She goes shopping. I go drinking. We head out to Ibrox for the match later. She's staunch now. When I met her she 33 years ago wasn't interested in football. Funnily enough she has specifically asked to use the subway to and from Ibrox. One more than them will do but expect 3 or 4. -

Aston Villa have £5mn to spend due yo FFP. Although I think if the owners throw money in that tops that up. -

Pal had works Corporate hospitality ar Ibrox for a Dundee match a few years ago and invited pals instead of customers. Then he couldn't make it so he put me in charge which was a mistake. Sorted out 6 of us and our pal from Broughty Ferry couldn't make it. He's a Dundee fan. Met in Auctionees had 2 pints and took a taxi to Ibrox. Settled in ordered drinks and I got a text from him asking where we were, he was in The Auctioneers. Checked my texts and I'd misread his text and he could make it. Had got a train from Broughty Ferry. His next text was from outside Ibrox. Ffs. He didnt take it well !!! To make it worse I had £5 on Miller to score first and us to win 4 0 (I think) and Rangers, scored in 94th minute to do me out of £125. Anyway there won't be my changes today. Maybe Arfield in for Davis. -
Getting bombarded by nationalist Rangers fans.

I've posted this before and some weren't happy but it's fact. In the pub after the 2 2 Cup semi final win on pens. 12 of us countering. Politics came up 6 professed to be SNP. Loads of supporters can split team and politics. -
Will any of our players end up at Villa?
Dickie1963 replied to GlasgowRangers1983's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
No. When you have a shed load to spend you don't buy in the SPFL. They have £5mn through FFP but the owners will pump money durectky into the club to increase that substantially.
