The old astroturf issue is a odd one. We have astro pitches at Auchinhowie but dontuse them due to worrys over injurys but as nearly every club in league one have a astropitch it makes nearly every away game a real problem for us, we could surely, do some light training on our pitches just to get accustomed to them a little. We cant keep refusing to train on astro then blaming bad performances on not coping with the pitch.

problem is we never learn, we always slip back to this and we played well enough first half to prove it was not just a off day, heads went down second half and panic set in and we almost paid for it, Cammy Bell proved his worth with that one save hes had some undeserved stick but he showed Rangers keeper class tonight.

Dont see what it has to do with Rangers but i also dont get the dislike for Nelson Mandela some on here seem to have, the man was a true freedom fighter not a dirtychild killer like the oirish rhepublicans and his cause was just, i honestly dont see how anybody can have anything against him?

There are two points here, the one around the hypocrisy of the SPFL and country in general expecting this when it was not enforced for Remembrance is absolutely disgraceful.
The people on here who are talking about Mandela in such a negative way may want to consider just how much they would enjoy a South African football fan giving it large about Northern Irish politics.
Trying to take a 'Rangers' view on Mandela is mentally inept and would make the club look ridiculous if the fans did so, luckily a handful of nutters on here will fade into the crowd.

Indeed, the stench of hypocrisy is overpowering, but this could do great damage to our Club's reputation.

Is this the same SPFL who did not recommend a minutes silence for our fallen heroes on Remembrance Day....so fuck the SPFL.
With regard to the minutes applause for Mandela (should Rangers proceed with it) in my opinion its a personal choice.
