Copland bear reacted to The Godfather in Gerrard
The Tim’s have had a honking season, dropping more points than they have done in years, losing their best manager since O’Neil and spunking big money on shite yet we are still well behind them in all aspects.
You don’t need a huge budget to win things in Scotland either...Ross County, Inverness, Hibs and so on have all won cups in recent years yet we haven’t won a single meaningful one since 2011.
We have improved in terms of Europe and one result against them but that’s about it, we are still pretty sub standard in the league and have only one shot at the cup left this season (or it would be lights out already).
I didn’t expect to win it this year because I never in a million years thought that lot would be as rank as they have been. We had a huge opportunity and blew it more than several times with ridiculous results to pish poor teams.
I question our mentality when we have a chance to push on and cement our place or put a meaningful run together because we just don’t seem capable of it.

The amount of points the tarriers have lost yet we are so far behind them is a joke, we are inconsistent, we lost against Aberdeen at home. drew with SjJohnstine at home , drew to Dundee away and have now taken three points out a possible nine against Hibs. We should be above them but time and again we drop silly points like last night.
The referee fails to send two players off both fouls on Morelos and no question they were red, and the Hibs goal was a clear foul on Tav, But saying all tha we should have been so far out of sight by the time they equalised.
Gerrard has been well backed but he needs to pick up wins week in week out which he is failing to do, it's frustrating as one minute we're amazing the next we are rid rotten.
Make no mistake the tarriers are going for nine next season and we better stop them at all costs as what I am seeing now is nothing but inconsistency and points dropped left, right and centre and unti, we sort that out we won't win the league

I ran a snooker club in London for a couple of years and had most of the names guest at some point.
Most talented was easily Higgins followed by Jimmy White. Nobody could beat those two in a money game but the pressure got to them in tournaments. Davis was an absolute robot - could play all night and never lose a game.

You don't get it do you. , I hate LEGO,. It's his and the wife's thing,. To be honest I'm shit at it compared to those 2.
The wife once built his big police station on a piece of wood or something. , I picked it up to have a look and dropped the bloody thing. , was not to bad it all did not break but lets just say she was not amused, I'm banned now from even being in the same room when they are building, He goes to these conventions etc and spends even more money.
As I say how much LEGO can you have. He has 2 XXL LEGO heads filled with pieces also, shower , toliets fridges, vending machines and set after set the list it goes on and on.
Fuck it I want the stadium just to piss him off as it would top the lot

Copland bear reacted to The Moonlighter in 162 Years Ago Today.
Founder Peter Campbell was born on the 6th March 1857.
Peter was the first Ranger to score a goal for his country.
In 1876 Peter and his fellow Pioneer, Moses McNeil, became the first Rangers players to gain representative honours. They were part of the Glasgow side that defeated Sheffield 2-0 at Bramall Lane.
Recognised as one of the top players in Scotland he was one of the first to move south, to Blackburn Rovers, playing there for a short time during the 1879/80 season.
Peter came from a more privileged background than his fellow Pioneers.
His father John was a harbour master, his mother Mary was sister of Sir James Jenkins, honorary surgeon to Queen Victoria. The family home was “Craigellan”, a large sandstone villa in the lochside village of Garelochhead.
Peter’s family were involved in the shipping industry. He was a Ship’s Engineer and was employed at the Barclay Curle Yard on the Clyde .Peter’s engineering certificate issued in 1882, shows his address as being No.2 Parkgrove Terrace in Glasgow where he was living with his cousin Captain Bob Campbell.
This is one of many locations that we visit during the Founders Trail.
Peter retired early from football, to concentrate on following in the family tradition by going to sea and qualified as a marine engineer in 1882. But tragically, in the early weeks of 1883, his ship the “St Columba” floundered in the Bay of Biscay off the coast of France.
The youngest of our Gallant Pioneers died aged only twenty-five.
Peter’s ship departed on that tragic voyage from Penarth Dock in South Wales.
On Saturday 22 nd July 2017, after a period of negotiation with Penarth Council, we unveiled a memorial plaque at Penarth Pier to commemorate the life of Peter Campbell and his contribution in the formation of Rangers Football Club. The memorial was funded by our Restoration of Rangers Graves Project.
We are fortunate to have something more tangible to remember Peter Campbell by. He was a member of the first Rangers’ side to win a trophy, the Glasgow Merchants’ Charity Cup in 1879. Peter’s medal from that momentous day is proudly displayed in the Blue Room at Ibrox Stadium.
There’s an incredible story behind Peter’s medal.
Fellow Rangers supporter William Mason contacted us to tell of how one of his friends had found this medal belonging to Peter Campbell in a park in East Kilbride in 1968. A few years ago his friend loaned the medal to Rangers and Peter Campbell’s medal is on display in the Blue Room at Ibrox.
This is a permanent reminder of the contribution Peter Campbell made in forming our great Club.

We must keep the main stand which is one of the best stands in the world in my eyes , we would need to build the bowl around that, and the cost would be crazy,. I like th idea of doing the corners right with the option of building a 3rd tier on the govan and by say 2035 or something Ibrox could hold 65,000 easily.
I grew up and attended games with Ibrox being built and I would hate for us to start knocking down stands when there is an easier option to increase capacity.
Ibrox unlike many modern stadiums has character and lets be honest the Copland looks not bad considering it's coming up to 40 years since it was built .

I quite like the idea of us sticking with stands. The old school red brick stands like we've got now. Makes our stadium unique.
We could go for modern bowl type design. But I imagine that would be more expensive and we'd lose the character of the current stadium.

Thank you my kind sir, and how cool does that look.
Theres your standing section right there with no one who does not want to move needs to move.
The club need to find out the cost to get this built

Copland bear got a reaction from Gman36 in 12,000 on Season Ticket Waiting List
You could build it with the option to put another tier on the govan stand in the future the roof loxering to meet the corners
That or knocking it down and starting again are the only 2 real options
We have more ideas on here than the cunts running the club 😂
