  1. That looks fucking horrendous! It's bordering on criminal. You wouldn't draw sunglasses on the Mona Lisa before getting her cleaned, would you?
  2. If only we had a forum to discuss all the politics going on in this thread????
  3. They're a good team, Brenda's got Them playing well. However, if we were to beat them their confidence could be snot, and they go on a run of poor results, could it be so? We need to beat them at Ibrox, throw down a marker for the coming season. Get them worried, get inside their head, then start the mind games. ??
  4. Hopefully this is true, if so THANK YOU SOUTHEND!!
  5. The Poles were harshly treated in WWII. We went to war with Hitler, to fight for Polish freedom. Then after the war we allowed Stalin to install a communist, puppet regime, and the Poles were not much better off. We let the USA take over, after they joined the war late, although they're trying to make sure that they're in it from the start of the next one nowadays, tbf. Churchill wasn't listened to when he was on about an iron curtain, dividing Europe, with Germany split.
  6. I think that he performs better when he's the star striker and he's first in line to take free kicks etc. I've not been overly impressed with him at Barcelona, but thought that he looks good in the national team. He's a really classy player, but the money quoted is outrageous. You could feed a few countries for a year, and more, on the transfer fee mentioned. I remember years ago reading that Jim Baxter, saying that no player is worth £100,000 transfer money. Now we've got players earning double that, and more, each week. The football world has gone cash crazy!
  7. City are my English team. I think that £25 million is way too much money for him. He would always be a back up at City, never a starter, since we'd always sign a top rated striker before relying on him. I don't know what Samir Nasri has done to Pep, never given a chance to play since Pep arrived, a bit like Joe Hart. He also froze out Yaya Toure for a while there, but Yaya managed to get back into his good books again somehow. I've not been overly impressed with Pep since he's managed City. Maybe I was expecting too much from him? He seems a bit like Brenda, likes throwing cash about to get the player he wants, as long as it's not their money that they're spending?? Paying way too much money for just, better than average backs. Hart was/is the better goalkeeper of the three that's been tried, with or without dandruff. ?
  8. Has there been a game since last thread on him? ??
  9. They were quite expensive French Lessons, and I was living with a girl at the time. I was selling a lot of stuff trying to pay the rent. ??
  10. My dad used to give me money every other week to buy a Rangers badge, or patch, when I first started going to games with my mates. I put them on my scarf, and there was some weight in them, so I bought a new scarf to spread them out a bit. After a while it was hard looking for new badges that I never had, but I used to get a real buzz when I found a badge I never had. Don't know what happened to them all. I stopped collecting them, and started buying scarves instead, when I left school. There was no EBay in those days to sell stuff, you could put a card in the newsagents window, along side young ladies offering 'French Lessons' ??
  11. So someone shouts 'PEADO' at him, and he immediately believes it to be from a Rangers supporter? It's also a sickening taunt from someone, yet his reply puts a stupid smirk on Broonaldos face, which makes his reply, regarding the life, or death, of a 145 year old club funny then? What if the guy isn't a Rangers fan? They immediately think it's a Rangers fan, when it could be anybody, Thumb should've kept his ugly mouth shut. If they other guy had been on the bevvy, with a few mates, Thumbs reply could've sparked an incident. They really need to learn how to shut the fuck up. They don't help themselves in these situations. His employers should be sitting him down, and tell him to ignore shouts of abuse, or otherwise, from members of the public, while he's representing their club. At least that's what Rangers would do. A dignified silence, for situations like this, should be the done thing. PS He really is a vile, disgusting, beast, who's found the perfect club for him, even though he was never a fan of the club. ???
  12. Well done Bears! They've sold their allocation as well, I believe? It should be a cracking atmosphere. They leave too many empty seats, for segregation purposes, between both sets of supporters these days. It must be costing the club some money for security, who then state to the club how many empty rows of seats there should be. We really need to put the visiting support elsewhere, club deck, or where the Union Bears are now, who'd then be situated in the corner that the visiting fans now have. The fewer empty seats, the more money for the club. In some games there are more empty seats than there are visiting fans. It's crazy, the amount of money this must be costing the club over the length of a season.
  13. Very heart warming reading that. These are the stories that we want people to show, making me very proud to be a Bear. Well done to everyone for going out of your way to make the stops, picking up fans on the way. WATP!!
  14. Nice one mate. What a fucking support we have. Well done to everyone who made it to Sheffield, you done us proud. It was also very good of SWFC to give us that section of the ground. It looked a lot better than if they had put us behind one of the goals. Maybe the stand behind the goals didn't have the capacity to hold ALL the traveling Rangers support? I still don't get why the need for smoke bombs, and flares, especially since we're always having a pop at the taigs for doing them. Maybe it's an age thing? Maybe I'm just too old to appreciate them? ??
  15. Do you realise how ironic your post is? You're asking Bears, on here, to ignore BP9's comments, who was asking Bears, on here, to ignore the Bheasts singing vile, and repugnant songs? BP9 should take his own advice, sometimes, where, and when, to hold a 'Dignified Silence'. PS I'm not having a pop at anyone, just trying to point out how it looks to me. ??
  16. Hope everyone is alright. No one should go to a game, and not return home safe.
  17. It's the same video as Rangers fans stopping police vans getting to Hampden after last years cup final. There probably isn't one, because it never happened.
  18. I wasn't really on about his questions, since I asked similar questions in another thread. I was just wondering why we needed to start another thread on this. We should be mindful about who reads our forums, then use it to attack us..
  19. Cheers for that. I was going to watch it again, with the sound off. I have a poor concentration level.?
  20. The commentator apologised for picture disruption, due to weather conditions. Never apologised for talking a load of shit throughout the game though.
  21. After the last 3 friendly games we've not got much to moan about. Let's all look for something to fucking moan about shall we? The op has found something to moan about. I have been wondering about Pena myself, but never thought to start a new thread about it though.??
  22. Windass reminds me a bit of Gordon Smith, he cares more about his hair than his football. ??
  23. Sorry, but I lost count, what was the final score? 4-1? 5-1? 3-1? The Dutch commentator was putting me off. It's a funny language to listen to, and try to work out what the fuck they're actually saying. ???
