He’s completely ineffective in the role that’s being asked of him. Which is entirely on Beale. He’s wasting him… our most creative player ended up spending most of the first half filling in for Tav at RB..
You can see he’s visibly frustrated on the pitch. As the game goes on he just gets progressively worse… loses any discipline and literally ends up all over the pitch trying too hard to make things happen which is just causing us even more problems. He’s one of the only players I actually have any sympathy for.

Hopefully Beale gets a P45 for his birthday tomorrow.

Beales plan B is just to do plan A better.

Our ability to pass the ball/general ball retention is tragic. 
Sadly with no structure or balance the players are having to delay the pass or take that extra touch just to work out where the fuck their teams mates are. Beale has over complicated this massively.
