  1. Just in case anybody wants to go down the " I would rather give the money to the club" line, I asked for a ticket wallet in the club shop a few weeks back and was told that they have none in stock, and were not getting antmore in as they were being dis-continued.
  2. Keyser, yes you are correct, the more I read what I wrote the less sense it makes, but the 3 do need to try and stay together, when Stanton was 1 on 1 with bell Jig was 10 yards further up than Zaliukas, but then again that might say more about jig than Zal.
  3. It is surprising how many people watch the same game but come to different conclusions, I thought Zaluiskas was poor, no awareness and no urgency to get up, but thought Miller played well pulling the defence all over the place, How many times in the last couple of years have we gone from defending a corner to gaining one in about 30 secs, But I suppose it's all about opinions which make the game so interesting.
  4. Well long time reader, not very often poster, the way I see it is that poetry in blue must be at it with his we were the better team, we were better in extra time but they were down to10, but the second half was possibly the worst 45 mins of football I have ever seen anywhere, no idea's, no cohesion, to slow going back to front, and as whoever was the commentator on radio scotland said they looked like a team who had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. Hibs could and possible should have scored a few in the second half, plus how do you have every player back for corners and the opposition win the header nearly every time? What I also noticed was as Stubbs was there talking to his players changing things, Ally looked like a rabbitt in headlights, Yes we won but wasa it pretty, or does it get people thinking roll on Sunday, to many experienced players hiding, well sorry for the length of the post, and I will go back to being a lurker, PS i write this as a first time season ticket holder who is still looking forward to taking up my seat.
  5. As well as during the 7's, when the marathon went past on PRW Brendon Foster spent a good bit of time talking about Ibrox as well, a runner breaking 7 world records in one race I think.
  6. Edmiston Drive could do we resurfacing, need a ladder to get out of some of those holes.
  7. STB thanks, shows how much i pay attention
  8. if that's the squad for next season plus the 4 that are missing, that makes 28 players which seems plenty big enough for next season, and does that mean Simmo has gone?
  9. Happy days, bought my first ST's a couple of weeks ago, cant wait for the season to start.
  10. TMB, actually you are wrong it wasn't all season ticket holders that were awarded the trophy at the POTY do, it was 10 compitition winners, not that it diminishes the award, just thought i would clear that point up.
  11. The stadium plan is now showing just one seat in the whole of BF1!! Double check my 2 in MFN and it shows them as sold, happy days.
  12. name='ricksen_da_best' 67million pounds worth, 67 million pounds of bills in 2 seasons, as a 3rd and 2nd division club... The bit i still don't get is why people keep going on about all the wasted money when moaning about this board, do they really not get it?
  13. I know this is a stupid questions, & i will get hammered for this, but what exactly is it that this board has done so wrong, I understand the previous couple of regimes have ballsed it right up but not this lot?
  14. Was it just me, or did it sound like Ally said Boyd's name when he was asked about new players, on the lap of honour, he quickly altered what he said when he realised what he said?
  15. Bawsburst, how is that even possible, surely you wont know if you do or don't like something until you have read it? lol
  16. Great, will be buying S/T for the first time ever 2 actually so can't wait to get them
  17. Silly question, but will be buying ST for the first time this year x2 so when will they go on open sale?
  18. Sept 96 GAzza's goal in the 2-0 win at Ibrox First Old Firm (first time me coming up to Scotland to meet future father in law)being 25 and seeing lots of big games down here, Arsenal-Man utd, Man utd-liverpool, West ham-milwall etc, Thought I knew about big games/rivalries but this fucking hell, Father in laws pal Jim Forrest got me my ticket, last seat in Govan 1 just 8 rows of empty seats between me and the tims unbelievable, If i thought they were upset when Gough scored they were crying when Gazza scored straight from them hitting the cross bar fantastic.
  19. Bobby H, How is it that the Laxey deal is according to you is £0 - £1,150,000 cost to Rangers, But the Letham deal is £1,075,000 cost to Rangers when apart from what they are secured against, what you have written about both is exactly the same?
  20. As I'm moving to Scotland soon, will be able to get my first season ticket (2 actually me and wife), But from a totally selfish point of view if people don't renew, it means i have the chance of a better seat!!
  21. As some others have mentioned, problem down here is (and i live right down south) is that we don't see what is actually going on up there, all we get is brave c****c this and unlucky that, when getting humped in europe, Rod stewart crying when they win, I'm English and only by having a Scottish blue nose wife and in-laws do i really see the whole picture,
